The floors were dirty. The pool was broken and too cold. The hot tub was warm but it didn’t work either.

The location is great. We really liked having a separate room as we were traveling with a toddler and baby. It was also nice to have a full size fridge in the room.

the gym was not a gym- it had one treadmill and one bike in a tiny space. Our room was very warm- air didnt feel like it was circulating well.

The floors,countertop, & doorways were sticky as molasses.(even the tile floors in the lobby had spilled sticky stuff on them) No toilet paper,and no bedding was in the room for the sofa bed. Website said there was a pool, but didn't say it was closed for renovations. Dirty dishes were in dishwasher. The shampoo dispenser was empty as well.

The first room we were assigned had excessive grout around the drain in the shower. The toilet seat had a dent (divet) that did not speak to the quality of the hotel. The exercise room treadmill was not functioning and the swimming pool was under construction.

To many people just hanging out and around in the lobby. The hotel needs to be updated. You can tell it's old. Carpeting in rooms old. Sofa are old. AC unit constantly runs and very loud.. UPGRADING NEEDED!!

Pool was closed which wasn't reflected in cost nor posted in description before booking. Room was in serious need of cosmetic repairs. There was a function on one of our nights that blasted incredibly loud music until midnight and we had 2 toddlers that were kept awake by it.

All of the staff was incredibly friendly and sociable. Breakfast was great.

The carpet in our room was ragged. The elevator was shabby. The ice machine area was grungy. I just expected more since it was a Hilton. The sleeper sofa mattress was stained and old, a bit gross. No bedding for it. Had to go to the desk to get some.

The first thing I was looking forward to was the swimming pool but it was shut down and that was disappointing. When I got to the room it looked very impressive when you walk in the door but was really out dated. The coffee table was very wobbly the couch was so nasty looking it had stains all over it. The carpet was stained really bad with hole’s in it. the chairs at the kitchenette table was really stained bad. The curtains where very stained bad. The fridge didn’t work I tried to adjust the thermostat in the fridge but it still didn’t keep nothing cool. The dishwasher looked like someone kicked it several times it looked pretty bad. Plus I found two cockroaches around the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. I was told there were new owners that took over the building I really hope you all fix the place up and update it. When I pulled up the building it self looks very impressive I loved the way it looked but the inside needs updated. And hopefully being able to keep the price’s cheap.

The breakfast was very skimpy not much to choose from but what was there was very good and fresh just not much to choose from like there was no sausage or bacon and the pans to get eggs and potatoes out of had very little in them. The juice machine was not working.
