They only had one elevator working. We had to walk a long ways to get to our room. The king bedroom suites floor was sticky and dirty. We had to wipe our kids feet every so often because they were black. They also charged me $12.00 for parking when it wasn’t a garage parking lot. It’s a regular parking lot for guests. But they charge $12.00 for parking. Ridiculous

I've stayed at Homewood Suites before and this experience was disappointing. The condition of the hotel, the lack of room cleaning and the quality of the kitchen utensils, etc. was lacking (for instance, there was only one spoon in the drawer). There was no consideration for setting up the room or that it was reserved for 4 people. There were no sheets for the pullout bed and I had to ask for a blanket, more towels, pillows, etc. The breakfast was similar to those at lesser hotels and the nightly "happy hour" was minimal at best. Overall, this location did not live up to others I have visited.

beds were not comfortable at all. pillowtop was completely worn out. husband woke up with back aching every morning. Sheets had shrunk so much that the bottom sheet didn’t fully cover the mattress and would come off ends of bed every night which was aggravating. While I have stayed at Homewood Suites many times over the years I would not stay at this location again just because of the bed

Staffing seems to be an issue, the same girl that was working the breakfast was also working the front desk, so it took me 10 minutes to check out. Also we stayed 4 nights and no one ever came to clean the room or bring trash bags/towels. I called yesterday 10/15 around 10 am for towels and trash bags and the front said they would send someone however no one ever came.

The property was nice and the room was a decent size for the price. When I could get ahold of staff they were very friendly.
