You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe only issue I have is that this is not a cheap hotel and they still require you to pay around $25 per night for parking, for the price per room I would think parking should be included.
Room has always been very clean upon arrival, check in process is simple and quick, location to Seaworld and other parks is good along with grocery and other shopping.

Elevator was broke that was closest to our room. Using the other elevator was super slow! I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

United States of AmericaAs far as the room goes it was perfect, only imporivements could be a little better selection at breakfast. Parking fee is a bit crazy as well as I am already paying for the room, another $25 a night just to park is a little over the top.
Requests made at time of booking for floor and type of room were followed and exactly as I had asked for. Check in was very simple and room was very clean, no issues at all with that.
