The hot tub was cold all three days we were there, after calling before booking to make sure their pool and hot tub were open. I guess I should have asked more questions.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was good! Big pool and cool hottub with a fountain in the middle of it.

Room was not restocked when we arrived. We had to ask for cups, towels, sheets for the sofa bed.

I liked having a kitchen and separate bedroom area. The hot tub is enormous and I loved that.

The prices were extortionate for the time of year, same as other Anchorage hotels. The breakfast needs to run longer than 9am as items ran out quickly and people had to make do with mixing what was left - one person could only get eggs and strawberries.

We have stayed here before and really like the rooms and the staff are always friendly and happy to help.

Our body wash in the bathroom was empty when we arrived, the remotes batteries were dead (someone came up and fixed it for us), and we didn’t like that we hadn’t been given notice prior to staying here that the pool and spa were unavailable. If given prior notice we may have reevaluated where we would’ve stayed that night.

I liked the location and how there were nearby options if we wanted to walk to find some food or drinks. The biggest reason we were excited for this stay was the pool/spa room, however it was closed for the entirety of our stay.

I know we are living in the “post Covid world” now but please give us an option for room service at the minimum of every other day. The lighting in the room was poor, need brighter bulbs. The tub and sink barely drained. I fixed the sink myself but the shower turned into a bath every morning. Maintenance is lacking! My profession is a facility manager and if my staff and team couldn’t maintain my facilities any better than this I would have to do some deep investigation to see if they were doing what is expected!

The breakfast was poorly planned each day with limited selections. The same exact things most mornings. The cheese omelets got old after the second day. Try scrambled eggs or biscuits & gravy sometimes. The OJ was good at least. The ice machine worked this trip.

Sink drain for bathroom was slow to drain - appeared something may have been clogging it. Housekeeping should be able to notice that and get it taken care of.

the furniture showed a lot of wear and tear, some details in regard to cleanliness was questionable. towels were thrown in the towel rack, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and there were towel marks smeared on the mirrors and windows.

Facilities (carpet in hallways and main lobby) were a little dingy/dirty, especially for the price we paid for the room. Elevator was super slow.

jacuzzi was not working ,

The staff was friendly and the room and bed was clean as well as comfortable! i decided to stay here because it had a jacuzzi and unfortunately it was not working when we arrived! so that was a huge disappointment! it would have been nice to know on the reservation because I would have stayed somewhere else.

i booked the hotel for my parents on here with all my info except for the name i booked it under. i was always with them when walking by and after 10mins walking through the entrance i went to the front desk for an extra key and they denied me saying they need the persons name who it was booked under. and i told them look at the card who its charged to and what email and whatever info i can provide and still denied me. so i walked back and knocked on the door back at the room. was the guy. all through they couldn't help me it wasn't all to bad. as a hotel it self. as i am adopted and use to stay here a lot with my moms side and for my moms business work stays with nana meetings.

facilities are good, rooms are still nice and big. free morning breakfasts and the hotel all in al is nice.

The heater would blow out dust, and my son's and my allergies made us sneeze and have to keep blowing our noses. The pool was also cold, and the hot tub was not operational.

I liked the large room, the sound-proof walls, and the refrigerator and the utensils provided. I also liked that there was a pool and a workout room.

Breakfast was decent but lacking hot options. The pool has a textured bottom and 3 of my kids cut their feet. The hot tub was closed for the 3 days we were there because their was fecal matter in it. The carpet in the room is rough and with their cut feet made it hard for them to walk

It is in a wonderful location. Feels safe. Easy to get to. Front desk lady was new, bless her heart. Would stay again.

The pool was not accessible during my stay for some reason, and that was the reason I Requested to rental hotel with hot tub jacuzzi in room suite, but that was not what I got unfortunately. Other than those 2 issues, everything was great

For the price it is not a good value. The rooms are relatively small and old. The bed was uncomfortable and it is relatively far from the center of town. Also, we can hear all guests around us.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and even though we could hear all around us, it was quiet early.
