We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Not exactly in the city, but close enough with easy access to public transportation. I wish I had the name of the front desk lady with the long reddish brown hair, but she was EXTREMELY helpful in terms of navigating exactly how we could get to wherever we wanted to go in the city. She was just awesome!

JamaicaThe sauna wasn't really hot. There was hardly any fruit at breakfast. Not enough staff to deal with the amount of guests at breakfast. Guests had to be standing around waiting for food or even utensils. One morning there was only one staff trying to handle the line. She even had to grab a mop to deal with a spill. I could understand why she didn't even manage a smile. Coffee and chocolate was available all day but no hot water.

This Hotel has the nicest staff! Friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good and our rooms were comfortable and clean. We loved taking the bus to the NYC, it was very convenient and SoJo spa is right down the street. I will definitely stay here again.
