The clerk tried to overcharge what was quoted with booking.com. The parking fee was not on booking.com. For people that are traveling from out of state needs all details to apply. There should not be any hidden fees.

Breakfast was very average but we felt it was fair for the price we paid to stay at the property, as it was a great deal. There was no ambience in the room, no music playing, just very quiet.

Very nice stay, good location near the shopping at the Galleria. Some nice restaurant and bars you can walk to nearby. Easy check-in and the Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room size was great and very clean.

The only few things that I didn't like about the property was that the mattress on the bed and the couch was very thin and low those mattress felt like you were laying down on metal cots so they were very uncomfortable. I have never been to a expensive hotel and they only have one ice machine and it was on the 11th floor The pillows were so soft I felt like I couldn't get comfortable but the next day I asked for two pillows and the lady gave me two great long pillows and that helped me a lot and when i asked for them she was very nice about it but i the only thing is I had to go down to get them. Last thing is we couldn't even get a cart to unload our luggage so we had all of this luggage we had to carry from the parking garage and we had luggage for a 2 day stay to carry. So whoever owns this Hotel needs to invest on things to improve the customers stay instead of just doing the minimum but the staff is wonderful to the guests because things like this isn't their problem they just work their and people should understand that when things go wrong or isn't right for your stay don't discredit the staff . I appreciate them because after a weekend like this past weekend we experienced how the staff was so patient checking all of these people in while having a whole lobby full of people waiting to check in and everyone was asking for a cart to load or unload their luggage and then parking to check in was terrible also. So the owner of this hotel needs to be better because its alot of things that can be done to make your guests happy and comfortable The only reason I would consider this hotel is because of the staff because its other hotels in this area that's nice but I haven't experienced them yet

The Property was in a good location everything we needed was in that area we only had to go out of the area if we chose to even the church we were visiting was only 10 mins away. The staff was very helpful and friendly to us.

The sheets were of a poor quality, and they were extremely thin. Further the bathroom still had hair of the previous guest in the shower. We also expressly requested new towels and none were provided. For a hotel costing well over 100 a night I expect a bit more on the cleanliness front.

It was in a fine location. Close to where I needed to be for events, etc. Also, the suite amenities were good.

I have stayed before and perhaps was in an updated room before because this one was a bit dingy. The elevators look a bit dingy. It was fine for my needs and it was comfortable, safe, and great to have breakfast and a kitchen... but I think certain areas of the hotels, and perhaps certain rooms, need a little refreshing.

Location, room configuration (king with sofa bed), great breakfast, friendly staff, kitchen in room and furnishings were all great.

It was freezing ! February was still cold in Houston unexpectedly. We couldn’t get the heat to blow to warm the room. It stayed about 65-68 degrees in the room.

Rooms outdated and not cleaned when tag left off the door, reception evening provided frozen glass beers which were not drinkable, and breakfast was a very limited selection of 3 cooked items per day.

Breakfast using disposable cutlery and plates was rather disappointing and un environmentally friendly. The restricted hours of check in concluding at 11pm is inflexible and frustrating. This process needs attention.

The garage is pay to park, and doesn’t connect to every floor. The floors were old, and needing to be replaced but not awful.

Easy walkable to the galleria. Per friendly, which was nice! Average breakfast, but complimentary. Security on site and access needed to enter and exit garage.

Excellent location directly across the street from the Galleria and close to grocery stores and drug stores. Staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was tasty. Rooms were well laid out, and the all-day coffee was a plus.
