Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaBreakfast was very average but we felt it was fair for the price we paid to stay at the property, as it was a great deal. There was no ambience in the room, no music playing, just very quiet.
Very nice stay, good location near the shopping at the Galleria. Some nice restaurant and bars you can walk to nearby. Easy check-in and the Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room size was great and very clean.

United StatesThe only few things that I didn't like about the property was that the mattress on the bed and the couch was very thin and low those mattress felt like you were laying down on metal cots so they were very uncomfortable. I have never been to a expensive hotel and they only have one ice machine and it was on the 11th floor The pillows were so soft I felt like I couldn't get comfortable but the next day I asked for two pillows and the lady gave me two great long pillows and that helped me a lot and when i asked for them she was very nice about it but i the only thing is I had to go down to get them. Last thing is we couldn't even get a cart to unload our luggage so we had all of this luggage we had to carry from the parking garage and we had luggage for a 2 day stay to carry. So whoever owns this Hotel needs to invest on things to improve the customers stay instead of just doing the minimum but the staff is wonderful to the guests because things like this isn't their problem they just work their and people should understand that when things go wrong or isn't right for your stay don't discredit the staff . I appreciate them because after a weekend like this past weekend we experienced how the staff was so patient checking all of these people in while having a whole lobby full of people waiting to check in and everyone was asking for a cart to load or unload their luggage and then parking to check in was terrible also. So the owner of this hotel needs to be better because its alot of things that can be done to make your guests happy and comfortable The only reason I would consider this hotel is because of the staff because its other hotels in this area that's nice but I haven't experienced them yet
The Property was in a good location everything we needed was in that area we only had to go out of the area if we chose to even the church we were visiting was only 10 mins away. The staff was very helpful and friendly to us.

United StatesThe sheets were of a poor quality, and they were extremely thin. Further the bathroom still had hair of the previous guest in the shower. We also expressly requested new towels and none were provided. For a hotel costing well over 100 a night I expect a bit more on the cleanliness front.
It was in a fine location. Close to where I needed to be for events, etc. Also, the suite amenities were good.

United StatesI have stayed before and perhaps was in an updated room before because this one was a bit dingy. The elevators look a bit dingy. It was fine for my needs and it was comfortable, safe, and great to have breakfast and a kitchen... but I think certain areas of the hotels, and perhaps certain rooms, need a little refreshing.
Location, room configuration (king with sofa bed), great breakfast, friendly staff, kitchen in room and furnishings were all great.
