After booking with booking.com I called to make sure the hotel received it and everything looked ok. The day we arrived I was told they overbooked and I had to go to another hotel. Which would have been ok but the whole reason we wanted to stay here was because our hockey team was also staying here. We were able to stay and use the pool with friends. Though a kids stubbed his toe after getting out of the pool and went to ask for a bandaid and the staff freaked out and shut the pool down. The kid was done swimming and was not a risk to anyone.

Water pressure low - never sure if the toilets would fully flush. No all outlets and lights were working. Bathroom fixture not tight (toilet roll holder), bathroom door very tight to close. Cable TV service (channel selections) very poor. Maid service inadequate and forgot to replenish towels and wash clothes. Parking was full with an odd entrance. The elevator operational certificate was expired by several months. Generally felt it was a property without vision and leadership.

Breakfast wasn’t great - I had to hunt around for items because the staff member took off early. The pool also was out of commission. If you don’t want to be right beside the airport runway, don’t stay here. It didn’t bother me so much, but it would some.

Very clean, modern, lots of outlets for devices. Rooms were very big. Nice fitness room with good equipment. Not too far away from amenities.

The pool wasn’t open, that wasn’t stated anywhere. We were taking a mini family vacation, the first day was supposed to be spent hanging at the pool. They did give the option to use the pool at the hotel across the street but it just wasn’t feasible for us.

Room was clean and the price was great. Breakfast was good, staff were helpful when asked questions.

At the time renovation was happening with workers throughout the hotel. Not a big deal and I'm sure they will be done soon.

Recent upgrade to the hotel interior (new carpet, wall covering, furniture). Location near airport, short drive to Manchester and access point to toll road without having to pay the toll. Pricing was a big factor for us as well as their suite was well priced compared to alternatives. We had planned to stay down in Nashua but chose this hotel due to pricing.

The breakfast was way below expectations. No seating in the kitchen in the room.

The bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable, pillows were excellent.

Toilet ran the whole first. night but was fixed for the 2 nd night, i think bathroom floor grouting needs deep cleaning. There was no info on water quality,I wish there was a water filtration system or water quality report in the room near coffee maker. I looked up Manchester water quality online and it was questionable and at times borderline so I passed on useing water from the tap for tea/ coffee since I wasn’t sure if it was safe.

After booking the room at a stated price, I was surprised to be charged $5 to park my car. If I had asked to leave my car while I was away, I would have gladly paid for that but to pay to park on the 1 night I paid to stay at your hotel (with plenty of parking) is ridiculous.

The bathroom had some peeling wallpaper and the grout was stained. There could have been some simple updating. Overall a clean room.

The hotel was in a great location. The pool was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast that was served was good, and fully stocked for those of us who were on the go. There was a small basketball court for people to use and many places to sit and relax that were outside.

Shower head was broken. Breakfast was okay not great.

the staff had either there kids running around and making you feel like you where in there way and in the pool they were making sure people didn’t stay in long and they kicked us out of the lounge area but the kids could stay

some excessive noise from children in the hall, some of the staff wasn’t overly friendly, hotel is starting to show some wear & tear in bathrooms.

Needs more rubbish cans as there was only 1 in bathroom. Also could use another mirror aside from bathroom as multiple people can get ready for the day

The fitness center was a mess. Only 1 out of 5 machines in there even worked - 4 broken machines is a new record! Also looked like it hadn't been cleaned up recently at all, with towels and water bottles, etc. all over the floor.

The breakfast in the morning was a good amenity. The room was very nice! Just a little musty in there but other than that it was very nice!

Our key didnt work our room when we first arrived. Had to go back to the Main lobby 3 times. After the final time they just gave us a new room. Also we went out and came back late, when we returned there were no parking spots available for our car.

We loved the large spacious rooms. The quiet setting allowed for a peaceful night sleep. The staff was quick to help is when we needed assistance. Right off the highway for quick commute to where ever we went.
