We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe facility only had 3 dollies. Most people keep these dollies in their rooms....because they are scarce and convenient. They don't care that someone could REALLY use one....When there is scarcity there is immense demand. Not the Hotel's fault but a smarter way needs to be implemented to keep these dollies handy and returned for other people. Other than that...very clean rooms and good internet for work.

United StatesI asked for pool towels when I got to the pool and had to wait 15 mi n until my husband got angry. with front desk personnel. Then, they brought the towels to the pool. I was dripping and needed to get dry. Also when I got to the shower, in my room, there was no shampoo in the bottle. My husband called them and they brought asap.

United StatesI think the cleanness of the Hotel could have been a lot better, The elevators were dirty, and had a lot of spots and stains that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The hallways def. also needs a good spot vacuum, The rooms weren't all the way up to my liking, but It is what it is. I believe some of the pictures can be updated on the website lol. The hotel def does need a huge upgrade with some of their amenities, it's kind of outdated and the furnishing is where they should start. Also the keyless check-in was going to be an option to use your phone, but it didn't work because it wasn't an option lol. If the hotel is a smoke-free facility, I def smelled some weed going through the hallways as we walked. The spring mattress was ok, but not the best I couldn't sleep great, but my boyfriend loved it, my body isn't used/adjusted to sleeping on a spring mattress so I didn't get much sleep. I don't know if there was bed selections but I think that should be for some sleepers.
Loved the location of the Hotel. It was a bit off the main strip, and it was in a pretty quiet location. The check-in process was very quick and easy, and the staff did accommodate the request I had asked for a room with some-type of view and away from noise. It wasn't the best but it was open space, and the sound of the traffic was soothing in a a sense. The Breakfast was really good. I send kudos to the staff for the breakfast. A lot of Options for the Buffett menu. From the Drinks to the food, coffee, juice, teas, and etc. I loved that the pool and the gym was open. It was a short stay for us and we def. wanted to jump in the pool, but we had a lot jammed packed for two nights/three days, so we couldn't. But it was greatly loved from me and my boyfriend because, the location was only about 20mins from Philly and our activities. I would def. stay again. There are also a lot of shopping and food choices in the area, and I don't think it's too far from the Philly airport.

United StatesThere were several stains in the room on various pieces of furniture and the curtains. The pull out sofa was very beaten up looking and uncomfortable. The bedding was atrocious. There was no blanket.
The kitchenette was well stocked. The breakfast buffet was very nice. There were multiple hot and cold options for food and drink. The coffee was excellent.
