The breakfast could've been better. Maybe add a waffle maker.

Beautiful room, good value, and a nice amount of space. Also pet friendly.

The Customer Service rep -Marquisha was EXCELLENT and did the best she could. She was stuck working by herself at the front desk, apparently one of the dryers went down, and the hotel was short staffed. this meant that many guests, including myself were stuck waiting for my room to be ready -almost 2 hours to be exact as my check in was 4pm and didn't get my room until almost 5:30. The first room given to me was still dirty, so I had to come back down to the lobby. Not the stay I was looking forward to and I was very disappointed and we were still expected to check out at 11:00am!

The corridors were messy, other guests dumping black trash bags/pizza boxes etc near lift which was next to our room. the wallpaper peeling off and the carpets stained. Only one lift worked which was sometimes a problem. We only managed breakfast once as all gone and limited choice, no staff around in dining area, there was a lot of noise at night in adjoining rooms, people arriving to lobby in their nightwear! Guests carrying piles of bacon etc to room from breakfast area leaving empty containers which were not replenished,

The location wasn’t central but had a variety of shops and cafes near, all staff on reception(1at each shift) were friendly and chatty, comfy bed

Dirty windows. Parking was on the street. There was a big event going on that had the free street parking taken. Self Paid parking is uncovered lot two blocks away. Bad weather would have been a big problem!

Brandon our receptionist was fantastic. Warm, enthusiastic and playful. Room spacious and very comfortable. Location great.

Some maintenance was needed in our room (soap/lotion bottles falling off walls & some were empty, strike plate on door needed repair, etc). Wasn't as clean as I expected it to be, especially bathroom. When making the reservation I requested not to be by the elevator as we are light sleepers. Our room was right next to the elevator but surprisingly & thankfully it was very quiet.

Liked having the small kitchen & desk in the room. The hot breakfast was great everyday & was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Good location. Thankful for the parking lot but a bit of a walk.

The windows did not open so we could not air out the leftover food smell from a previous guest. The parking was down the street - a bit of a walk.

The room was spacious, offering all the amenities we wanted. Plenty of room for a family. The TV was good, the bed comfortable and down pillows, as requested.

It was a nice room with a nice sized kitchen. The cleaning staff unlocked our doors and entered while we were in there which was a little awkward. The staff was very pleasant and breakfast was good! My only complaint is the elevator!!! It’s terrifying and makes a horrible noise!

There was two elevators, one wasn't working, but that was find. We were on the 6 floor. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS N.

The breakfast was fantastic. The fruit was nice and sweet, the kitchen was very clean, everything you needed was there. Very little noise and the front desk welcomed my sister and I. They were excellent.

The fan in the room was wobble and made a loud noise. The AC didn't work well, so that's why we kept the loud fan on. The hallway was hot, I guess no AC there.

I didn't like we had to walk over to the main Hilton for the bar and pool. We had to pay for parking because the side street the hotel is on is small and narrow.

The morning breakfast was lovely. The room was a nice size with all the things we needed. The staff was attentive and nice.

People outside smoking Marijuana right out the door, staff said not able to give receipt because used booking.com & parking is horrible & the lot is not close enough to make it handicap friendly.

The pool access was difficult to locate. The pool is shared with the Hilton but if you find yourself on the Hilton property to use a restroom, the Homewood Suites key card does not allow access back into the pool which makes it challenging to figure out how to get back. The pool is very small, especially being a shared pool and there are no restroom accommodations in the pool area which is an unsanitary situation if you know what I mean. There are no restaurants on the property and the dining area in the Hilton was not open, if it was, most likely not very economical especially with a family.

Breakfast was wonderful, the selections were plentiful. The area was clean and the staff was very friendly. Really appreciate the welcoming of pets, that made our stay very relaxing, enjoyable and worry free.

We stayed here for an overnight to see a concert at Ardmore Music Hall. The room exceeded our exectations. Very Clean, nice view. The best part was the staff. Every person we encountered had a genuine smile and seemed to really enjoy working there.
