The bus pickup was okay. Only between 5am and 9am and 5pm and 9pm. It is the same for the other hotels in the area. Had to book an Uber for the departure to the airport. Have to call the front desk to let them know you're ready for pickup.

The breakfast was awesome. Internet was excellent. TV easy to figure out. Check-in and check-out were quick. We've stayed here over the years and will stay here when we pass through again.

It was way over fun by a family reunion of sort and they ruled the pool and food area. The hotel wasn't prepared as they ran out of food someone even stole my kids bagel.

Although the breakfast offerings were good, they only have one employee working there. Poor man was refilling everything and just couldn’t keep up with the demand. As a result, things were empty for a while. If you’re trying to get breakfast before rushing off to an appointment, you will probably be late or have to leave hungry. When I came down at 8, eggs and potatoes were empty, waffle batter ran empty soon after…

Everything was great! Clean, well-maintained. Breakfast was good. Employees were friendly and helpful. There was coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7 I think. Spacious room.

We used this as a base for our family trip to San Francisco . Loved the location, the free coffee & breakfast was lovely. We would love to return here

Centrally located, very clean sorrounding and very safe. Very welcoming receptionist. The executive room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of fruits, cereal, toasted bread/bagels, warm scrambled eggs and sausages. Hot coffee and tea was a bonus.

They don’t use comforters just weird bedskirts as blankets and they had stains. The location is not good. It’s far from everything and there is no food for many miles.

This hotel is located in an area that is not very adjacent to any grocery store, restaurants or attractions. For us that was okay as we had our own vehicle but for other travellers, it might be inconvenient.

The room was comfortable and the facilities were all in great condition. The breakfast was great! Staff were friendly!

The location to the room was as far from the lobby as possible, we were only staying one night then catching a cruise to Alaska it was a long way to haul all our luggage for one night.

The room was nice and roomy and the breakfast the following morning was very good. Everyone we met that worked there was friendly and helpful.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

When we think Hilton we think quality and this hotel was not that. The apartment was a bit run down and the sofa bed was horrendously uncomfortable. We had a couple screaming and shouting at each other at 2am. It woke our children up as they was scared and couldn’t get back to sleep. Reception let us move rooms the next day but a terrible nights sleep meant that our day was impacted as our children were tired and we missed a booked trip.
