Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

loved that I checked in and later used van to go to airport and pick up grandchildren then used van to return, not knowing where your'e going at night made this a great service

The shower took a little while to warm up, and I did have a small roach in my room (not a problem, honestly could have come from anywhere which is why I handled it myself). The shower drain also took a little while to drain. Super small inconveniences, nothing major!
They upgraded my single king room to a double room, double king bed! Lol it was a huge space with 4 beds for 1 person and only one night! But if you're looking for that, try this place. They're wonderful. The beds were comfy, sheets clean, and really nice amenities.

We awoke a couple times to a surprise train whistle.
We loved the proximity to the airport. So easy to get to when you land exhausted late at night. The staff was absolutely the friendliest ever! Super helpful and pleasant. They made some great coffee in the morning. Each room also has coffee and the continental breakfast was perfect for what we needed.

The sink in the bathroom needed to be replaced; it had a big crack in it, the hair dryer didn’t work and the air conditioner was leaking quite substantially into the carpet. The message alert was flashing on the phone although there were no messages. The front desk was able to do something that cleared it though
We really appreciated the free shuttle between the airport and the hotel as our flight had been cancelled and we were looking for a nearby hotel to stay for the night. The room was huge and the bed extremely comfortable

I reserved a 2-Bedroom suite with four queen beds, but was given 2-bedroom suite with one king bedroom and an two queen bedroom. It sufficed, but I would have liked to have the two bedroom Four queen suite.
Great location close to TPA! Nice pool! Family 2-Bedroom suites.

Equipment is a little dated, e.g no streaming options on the TV, no USB ports to charge devices without bringing a charger. Breakfast variatey is quite limited, no to say poor.
Large room with 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen/living room. Nice pool and backyard. Great location, closest to airport and International Mall. Parking just next to hotel in a 5 story parking garage.

Room is dated, but for the price absolutely fine. A/C was quite noisy however.
Staff was incredible. The General Managers treated me like I was a guest in his own home. Clearly he sets the standard for the entire staff.

Most of the main food is daily omelet and bacon, please add some other stuff like chicken or turkey as neutral. I do not eat pork and beef.
The service at this hotel was great, very good. The breakfast was good and the lady from the breakfast corner was very friendly. Thanks and Thumbs up for her! The room service was checking every 2 days if everything is ok. Staff very friendly! The location is very central of the shopping and food places. 24 hour free coffee, water and thee. And what completes the stay, is there complimentary food at Wednesday evening with free beer and wine.

we stay here every time we come to Tampa for our church conference and love it but this time the staff seemed like all new faces and the fire pit we enjoy sitting around was not working and the employee tried to light it and said it must be broke sorry. then one of the elevators was broke down most of our stay also it would be nice if breakfast was til 10 am every day not just weekends

toilet over flowed and soaked the carpet. it was about 1:30 am and I have a newborn who was resting. a lot of chaos in the middle of the night.

front desk staff..came in at 1150a due to delayed flight because tornado warnings in Tampa..exhausted..wanted easy checkin paid ahead..on Hilton app they said they didn’t get anything..I went through a third party app not Hilton..spoke to me like I was a lowlife even though I showed him charge on credit card..charged me again at higher rate..had to fight charge next day
