Pool and hot tub is closed, never re-opening. Room furniture needs updates and walls are thin. Breakfast was below subpar.

Nice sized rooms and full kitchen. Ability to open windows and get fresh air. Right next to restaurants and shopping. Easy check out.

Pool was closed for renovations which was sad because that’s one of the reasons we chose hotel. They did allow us to use hotel next doors pool but their hot tub was unavailable, and it wasn’t fun walking outside in freezing cold weather to go swimming. Room could have been cleaned better especially the kitchen area. Toaster had crumbs all over and stove had some weird substance in warmer drawer. Bedding was not available in room for the pull out sofa bed so we had to ask for it ( was delivered promptly)

Room was very good size, hotel was easy to get to with ample parking. Close to everything we wanted to get to. Decor was nice and calming and breakfast selection was decent. Also enjoyed having 24/7 coffee available.

pool under construction gave us option to use sister hotel pool and that one was only 3 1/2-4 ft deep and hot tub was not working. hopefully once they finish their pool reconstruction it will be better. elevator is very small. $25 fee per night is placed on a hold on ur ccrd. even with prepayment so need to be prepared for that to occur when check in and it is released 3-5 days later.

The pool wasn't open for some reason and we weren't warned at check in. A fire in the hotel broke out around 6am on the floor below us and we didn't get the sleep we wanted.

The breakfast was good. The room was nice for the price.

Breakfast was very poor, no meat, no waffles, oranges no thanks and no breakfast cereal. The prepacked bagels are very small, and I would have liked cooked eggs, but you did have prepackaged boil eggs.

First night, no heat in one of our rooms. When I initially entered my room, someone had turned the heat to 80 degrees. Wanted coffee Sunday morning with regular cream/half and half, but there was only flavored creamer.

I reserved and paid for a king size suite with a pull out couch. I was going to be traveling after work Friday night and knew it would be a late arrival. I called and let them know it would be a late arrival but that we were still coming I was told by the man on the other end of the phone he would make a note on my account. When we received I was told my reservation had been canceled because of the late arrival time and the system ran the audit already. I then had to wait a decent amount of time as I was told it was a new system and they weren't completely familiar with it yet. They found me a room much to my surprise it was a handicap room on the first floor directly account from elevators and fitness room right on the corner. When we entered the room I very quickly noticed it wasent a king bed at all. I did mention this to staff and told them I paid for a king bed and xhoose this location becasuse it had a pool (which was never open or available to guests then entire 3 days we were there). I was told they would speak with a manager and let them know the events that had taken place both prior to my arrival as well as after and get a price adjustment on my room. It's been weeks and I still have not heard from anyone at the hotel nor have I receive any kind of compensation.

The pool was closed. They sent us over to the Fairfield inn and suites by Marriott across the parking lot. The pool over there was nasty. The hot hot was closed. My eyes were burn just coming in the pool room yuck. I told the guy at the front desk at the Fairfield and he said you see no one is swimming in there. When I first got to the hotel I got told I didn't have a room I needed to contact booking to cancel my room. Then she found me a room nice king suite with the king bed and a full sized pull out couch and the kitchenette 💯. Nice! Got to the room and no clean linen on the bed. Pull out couch bed has no linens... No clean towels at all. My trash can under the sink has trash in it. It was food in my refrigerator 🤣. Oh yeah and half way through the night I get up to get water and the kitchen floor is wet because the refrigerator leaks water!

The staff was nice at the front desk.
