The fan in the bathroom where the shower/toilet was located was extremely loud. Sounded like it needed to be replaced. Didn’t turn on the light in that room while using it because of the noise. Used the light from the vanity area for light instead

Our flight was early in the morning, and it was freezing outside. It would have been nice to get coffee from the lobby on the way out. Not a deal breaker though.

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Rooms are cleaned every other day unless requested otherwise. The location was great, near stores and restaurants.

When I first walked in I found a smashed beer can on the floor near the window and my daughter found a bud lite bottle top in the hide a bed. It really made me wonder how clean rest of the room was.

The size of the suite, beds were super comfy, 2 TVs and full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, silverware and even dish soap and paper towels. Also the breakfast was nice and hot; with great variety of items.

Our bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Dirty towels were hanging on the shower curtain rod. There were no toiletries when we arrived, the shower was not wiped down. When reported the next morning, they said they would clean it that day. They did not. They cleaned it the following day on their normal schedule. They listed that they would clean the rooms every other day, but the every other day did not hold true when we were checking out the following day. So we only had one room cleaning in five days when the room wasn’t initially cleaned, it seemed like, the first time.

I liked the front desk staff. Very friendly. The room with the fireplace was perfect for the cold days and nights. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

The bathroom door didn't close, it needed some shaved off the bottom because it scraped the floor. Also, the bottom drawer in the kitchen wouldn't open. It must've been stuck on a pot lid or something.

The suite was spacious and well equipped. It was nicely updated and decorated. It was in an easy to find location and was pretty quiet, which I enjoyed. The water pressure in the shower was quite nice.

One of the sheets on the bed was actually a dirty.Also ,I had called the hotel before hand to clarify something about my reservation and the lady on the phone sounded a bit condescending, additionally , I think I was supposed to get some perk as a Hilton Honors members, and I was not offered, good customer service seems to be selective in my opinion, but I am glad that did not impede my trip.

The hotel is overall comfortable, and the room was clean, besides one little mishap. We had a fireplace room, and it made such a difference in keeping us warm.

There was an issue with the water while we were there. It was coming out brown in the shower/bath, we weren’t sure if it was a long term issue or something specific to our stay.

The faucet wasn't very secure in our bathroom and it seemed like the water didn't run during the night. My dog woke me up at 3am to use the restroom our first night and my husband used the restroom at 4am our second night and the water wasn't on during either instance. Can't be positive though.

The breakfast was good; I wish there were information about the hours in the room somewhere, maybe a flyer or binder perhaps as my family almost missed the breakfast (the hours are different weekends and weekdays). I loved that the hotel was pet friendly and the location is convenient as well.

The price was higher than what was advertised on Booking.com. When I selected the room it it was one cost, when I booked the room it ended up being higher. This is a bit disappointing. Additionally at time of checkin the staff told me I could have gotten cheaper had I contacted them directly.

I loved the hotel, enjoyed the size of rooms and full size refrigerator.

The staff had a bit of an attitude, like it was a problem when I asked for clean sheets cause the were hairs on the bed I was going to sleep in.

when I got there a family along with myself had to stand in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting for someone to check us in. the gentleman tried to call the number posted at the desk and no one answered.
