Great location. Close to the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and a short walk (for me- a few blocks) to the restaurant/shopping area. It's a lovely old house remodeled and kept in great shape. If in the area I would stay again.

Bunk was unbelievably squeaky, couldn’t move without noise and swaying. Breakfast was average, even cereal, fruit or toast being offered would make it better.

I personally would have liked my own power socket, light, and, ideally, a curtain for my bed, but then those things make a disproportionate difference to me and I knew what I was booking as it's accurately described and pictured. I still thought it was a great place and good value overall.

Very friendly staff. There was a problem with the booking system and we had to change room after one night. It was no problem for us and they immediately gave a refund even though it was no problem. Really helpful people also when you want to explore the area. Clean room and restroom (we had a private room).

The bunk beds take a little getting used to, so you don’t disturb a bunk mate with the noise. But I was so tired I had a restful sleep.

The hostel was very clean and had a nice open feel. I loved that there were pictures and photos of Cape Cod throughout. Carmelo was super helpful and suggested some local attractions and how to get there. I was only there for one day, but had some nice conversations with my other roommates who were also solo travelers.

The towels on the floor in the bathroom- they were clean and I assume for standing on as a mat after showering, but just having them on the floor isn't nice.

I liked the location and that there was free parking available, with space in the fridge too. The staff were friendly and there was a nice large common space. I felt secure with the keypad lock doors, safety is very important to me in hostels. Staff were kind and accommodating.

To be honest I had to cancel due to a scheduling conflict, but the staff were responsive and attentive when I had to do so and I know the location well, so I know it was a convenient location for the ferries, which is why I chose it in combination with the price. I would have had my own queen suite exactly where i needed to be for an incomparable price. I would definitely book there again.

First night, I slept in a lower bed and slept pretty good but when I came back from the vineyard a few days after, I got the upper lever bunk bed and it was hard for me to sleep because it was really hot! The air from the fan didn’t reach me :(

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel has a cute and cozy atmosphere, and the facilities were always kept clean. The location was algo great, since they’re near downtown and the harbor!
