You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

No breakfast. Place was under new management. Remodeling was underway. Some rooms had broken windows & discarded furniture was piled in the parking lot. Plus there was a musty smell in air. Oh, and I forgot the ants in the room and on the bed. I'm sure it will get better in time.

United StatesONLY NEGATIVE ROOM HAD A NO SMOKING SIGN ON THE DOOR BUT BLANKETS HAD CIGARETTE BURNS ON THEM, BUT THE ROOM DID NOT SMELL LIKE SMOKE SO WE DID NOT COMPLAIN.
MOTEL IS IN A DECENT LOCATION FOR QUICK ACCESS TO BATH HOUSE ROW AND SHOPPING ON DOWNTOWN CENTRAL AVENUE. WE DIDNT GET ANY FOOD BUT THE ON SITE FOOD TRUCK SMELT REALLY GOOD. OFFICE LADY WAS SUPER NICE. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR THE RITZ CARLTON THIS ISNT YOUR PLACE BUT IF YOU JUST NEED A PLACE TO SLEEP AT THE END OF THE DAY AFTER YOU HAVE TOOK IN THE SIGHTS AND THE SOUNDS HOT SPRINGS HAS TO OFFER THIS IS AN AWESOME PLACE TO STAY.

Great location and value! Comfortable bed, very clean. It is an older motel, so keep that in mind for your expectations. Excellent staff & service!! Free on site parking. We take our bikes so that we can go to the historic district and not have to deal with the on street parking mayhem. We were there over the 4th of July. The hotel was full, but patrons were not noisy and the cleaning staff refreshed our room the next morning. This was our second time staying at the Lotus, and we have been very happy with it!

United StatesI was skeptical when I pulled into the parking lot I have a family of 7 and it looked like a place I didn't want to have my children in. But definitely don't judge a book by its cover with this one I booked two rooms side by side for my entire family and we all slept soundly. A little noisy at night but it's located right off the highway so I didn't expect anything less for the 4 of July weekend. But overall I didn't have anything complaints that were not taken care of right away. I would probably stay with them again
The beds were comfortable, the inside of the rooms were not bad at all! The fridge was super cold along with the freezer. The bathroom was spacious. The AC was cold and it was suitable especially for the price. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. The room service has a after hours phone number in case the office was closed. They were very nice people

MexicoOk, so, the exterior of the hotel does not do it any grace, some parts are reeeally run down and it makes it look very eerie and shady. It did have a message that it was under new management, so I guess the previous owners did not care for it at all. They did request a safety deposit of $50, it caught me by surprise since where I'm from is not customary, but we got it back with no issues. The room had a stale cigarette smell, but it was stale enough that it sort of went unnoticed during our stay. The biggest issue for me was the exterior look of it in general, especially because there was literal rubble in what used to be the reception area (they refurbished a room to use it as an office) and it's hard to know at first if it's even the right place.
The room was in great condition, bedding, pillows, bed were super comfortable. We had a microwave (we didn't use it), fridge, coffee maker and tv, the fridge froze everything but it was fine and the coffee maker was efficient, the tv had cable so it was ok. Water from the shower flowed great, warmed up quickly and even felt relaxing. All furniture was in good conditions and clean and the people in charge and in service were very polite and straightforward. It's a very great value for your money!
