Like the Continental breakfast I liked that the pool was heated or it was warm. The staff was really friendly. Would definitely stay there again if I had to.

United StatesThe only hiccup we had was getting on the elevator when we first arrived. Our family of 7 & all of our luggage made the elevator "bump" when it stopped on the second floor. We did not pay attention to the sign at the elevator that read ONLY 2 PEOPLE or one family (which I assume to mean a family of four). We adhered to the sign once we saw it the next time & it didn't "bump".
This property was very well kept. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The outdoor & indoor pools were clean & maintained. The breakfast was exceptionally good with several choices (sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, eggs, breads & pastries, cereals, juice, milk, coffee, water).

United StatesThe wall ac/ heater is a little loud. But it works!! Bathroom tub was repaired at one point. I would like the lights to have higher lumen bulbs, but I am old and don't see as well in low light. Pool was down due to maintenance.
Bed was very nice. It was quiet and relaxing. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good and had 2 staff people working. There were a lot of construction people staying here. But they were not a issue for us and we didn't know they were there until we were at breakfast.
