No fault of the property, but when wildfire management/prevention controls are implemented, power outage can effect this neighborhood as I was during my trip.

More gym facilities, but I did love the opportunity to use a peleton. Parking can be tight in the evening.

The location couldn’t have been better, easy to get to the university, many food shops around, and near shopping district (pearl street) and e-biking stands. Will def stay here again!

My only reason to give it a 9/10 was that our shower was really low water pressure.

We loved the fun common areas and the location. It’s nice to be able to grab a beer from the lobby at the end of the day and I loved the giant hot tub.

The property is great - I didn’t rate the highest because we will always have a sour memory due to the loss of a valuable piece of closing left behind in the evening in common area. First thing in the morning we looked for it and it was gone. Manager did his round and reported nothing was found… it s very unfortunate.

    The amenities, location are amazing.

It felt like I was staying in a motel: clean but not outstanding, and a fair but uninspired floorplan.

Location was perfect for visiting CU Boulder. I walked to the physics building each morning with no problems (walk through graduate housing). There are a few nice causal restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walking to Pearl Street. As a bonus, it's a 30 minute walk to Chautauqua Park and less than 1 hour to the base of the First Flatiron! The bouldering area in the activity room was surprisingly convenient for a regular climber to get a quick workout after work. Not far from a few local climbing gyms.

Only one washing machine with strange open times. You need a car/bike to get around Boulder unfortunately, and in particular to get from this hotel to most places.

They have really spruced this place up, but at the end of the day, it is an older motel with a very tiny toilet, bath/shower room.

Oh, Basecamp Boulder. It is a bit quirky with a cool vibe, kind of masking the fact that it is indeed a motel. Best part was the nice staff, Cameron & John were great. The lobby has a little cafe attached that had good lattes, but came with a half frozen bagel that you put in the toaster yourself. The outside firepit at night was nice. We walked to a very good Mexican restaurant close by for dinner. Ample parking. One of the closer motels to campus. It was fine for our overnight stay as we were only there to visit U of Colorado.
