The property is looking tired and a bit messy.

Good location with easy parking and good size room, the check in staff was reasonably friendly.

Free breakfast was just grab and go with granola bars and muffins. No breakfast room to sit down. Lobby doors were not automatic which made it difficult to move luggage in and out.

I paid online for this room with booking.com. When I arrived, I had to pay another $291.00 to get a key. The attendant said something about a virtual card which she said was denied. The next morning, I went to desk to find out more. The gentleman that was working did a little investigating , couldnt find why I was charged twice so he refunded me the second charge. I called booking.com and got the run around with no help from them. They actually did not tell the truth. Booking.com told me that she called the front desk to find out the problem. She told me on the phone no one answered the phone. Little did she know I was at the front desk the whole time. The phone did not ring.

Only negative thing I have for this stay is that this morning when check out was 11am, the maids came knocking and trying to enter the room with a card at 8:45(good thing I had the door latched but they opened the door) and then came again knocking at 10:00 but kept knocking until I opened the door, waking us up both times. I’m in hospitality and unless the guest is confirmed to be checked out there is no excuse for waking guests up twice before check out time. Especially at 8:45am. Also if the door is locked from the inside clearly people are still in there, and if there is no noise one would assume guests are still sleeping. I will say the lady at the front desk was very kind as she usually is and gave us a little more time for check out. The maid service was a simple thing to avoid with common sense. Thanks

We didn’t like that there were some sketchy people both inside and hanging around outside the property. If we’d have needed to stay more than one night, we’d have left and gone elsewhere.

The shower in the bathroom could use some matanance. Two out four days when we got up to shower the water would not heat up. We were up at 6:30 every morning. There was no ice machine in the building though there was two ice cube trays but we only used once as we bought a bag of ice and put it in the freezer. The breakfast was okay not the greatest. When they say breakfast is included when you book your stay they should tell you what you get for breakfast. We are not coffie drinkers so juice would have been nice. When we checked in they said that there would be oatmeal we never saw any oatmeal. The selection of channels was poor. The TV in our room was down to low so when lying down it was hard to watch. When you were watching a show the pixel would sometimes get very bad.

The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have extra chairs for people to sit in. The lighting on the room was great.

Floors were durty,heat didn’t work and in the booking app it stated that we had to beds and a sofa That is what I payed for but when I got their that isn’t what they gave me.they stated it was bookings false averting.

They have a 10 step cleaning process. Bed was made, and looked clean upon entering. Other side of bed had a condom wrapper, flowers petals, and stain on rug. Crumbs on one chair, stains and finger nail polish on computer desk. Wasn’t accommodated to another room that was clean. I don’t think the 10 step cleaning process was used.
