Breakfast room was too small , very crowded, and not enough seats for the number of guests. Food choices very limited and poor quality compared to many other hotels we have stayed in.

Perfect location for medical travelers. Great value: clean, comfortable, good beds and breakfast. Close to restaurants and stores, easy to access by most routes in and out of Bend.

the room was nice, comfortable bed and of a good size for two of us. It had a large TV but we didn't use it, and there were many plugs around the room (for charging devices) and adequate lighting for reading. The bathroom was small and the shower (no bathtub) was small, but worked just fine.

The property outside and inside was very clean. It's summer and the pool and hot. tub were open and immaculate as were the grounds (lawns and flowers) were very well maintained. The room was good, as was the AC - functioning well on hot days and the hotel itself looked new. I asked and was told that it was built in 1990 but has had several upgrades. I did not take advantage of the included breakfast -can't comment on that. Overall I highly recommend this hotel- as it was near downtown, restaurants, a brewpub was next door and shopping was a 5-10 minute drive away.

Everything was fine, but if I could change one thing, it would be the smell of the cleaning products or air freshener used by housekeeping. The room smelled minty, which is better than a floral, but still a little too much.

It is a quiet place in a great location. We slept well, and the room was laid out well. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, stores, and a brewery across the street with a telescope/observatory. It's not too far to drive to the river and downtown.

This is a no frills hotel. We use it because of the location. Close to family we visit. We don't spend much time there - only to sleep.

I prefer an all-inclusive bathroom with the sink, shower and toilet together in one room. But that wasn't a dealbreaker.

Elevator would pause out after door closed.

The hotel was well kept, staff were enjoyable. Breakfast was nice, tho I feel it should go until 10:00am with a name like Sleep Inn.

While they advertise that the breakfast is "exceptional". it really isn't. Same things every time. And the egg and sausage patty's aren't great.

We stay here because it is close to family that we visit. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is far enough from the street that it is pretty quiet.

Soft bed

Room was clean and quiet. Temperature in room was very warm when I checked in but cooled down quickly. Bed was so so, a little to soft for my liking and no additional blankets. Breakfast was adequate.

The room is average. The bed is a bit too firm for me, but that's better than too soft. In this age of big screen TV's, the TV in the room needs to be bigger, and maybe mounted on the wall. The breakfast offerings this trip were mot very good.

The hotel is fairly new and so is in relatively good condition. Seems to be kept clean and it's quiet. We stay there because it is close to relatives that we visit. The price is fair.

I was under the assumption there was a separate room. I usually always travel with my sister so we need at least one separate room for sleeping purposes. I thought, looking on line like I was, that was the case. They did not have an extra cot or anything, so I purchased a single wide air mattress and slept on the floor by the door.

The breakfast was rather anemic, but everything else was fine otherwise.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The facility was situated near a couple very nice venues, i.e., River's Place and Worthy Brewery. Plus, there was a gas station next door and very easy access to the highway when heading east on Route 20.
