Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The sofabed was not very comfortable.
The room is a good size. You don't feel cramped. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent - and it is free! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Comfortable room and bed, quiet, pretty central location. It was about 10 minute drive / $14 lyft downtown. $30 Lyft to the airport. I liked the noon checkout time.

Breakfast was unspectacular.
Kelli, the desk clerk, was awesome. Our room was handicapped accessible as promised, and our stay was extended a day more because of Kelli!!

Everything worked out fine for my two-night stopover on my way to GA for a Christmas visit. Room was clean and comfy and everything worked well, complimentary breakfast was good.

Only thing,just need some more luggage carts
Great location. In outlet parking lot. Walked over with dog to Food trucks. Convenient. Clean, nice staff. Good breakfast. Good places to walk dogs.

My only issue was that I had a strong allergic reaction to something in my environment the first night. When I arrived there was an air cleaning machine in the room that gave off a strong smell, that lingered for the first day or so. After the second day everything got better and by the third day it was fine...but I had a strong allergic reaction to something in the room for the first day and a half. Antihistimes helped! I do not typically have allergic issues, so I was surprised by this issue. I greatly appreciated not having carpet in the room.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and perfectly appointed...good pillows and bedding. Nice floor space overall and good window coverings, filtered light well without being starkly bright or dark.

Flat-screen TV doesn’t have mobile mirroring services to see Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney +. Air conditioner was noisy.
We enjoyed the main hall and its facilities. Our two beds room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. Private bathroom was clean and well organized. Free parking was included.

The mattress was hard as a rock and pillows were lumpy. We slept so bad the first night we almost asked for another room or tried to find somewhere else to stay for the second night. The breakfast was edible. The quality of some of the breakfast items could have been better, but it was free.
Staff was friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. Free breakfast was provided. The room seemed clean. Location was convenient to our activities.

WiFi was weak at best , frequently got bumped off. Not much clothing storage space for a long stay Breakfast was the usual fare Biscuits & Gravy Sausage Patties and Egg Pucks. White Bread & Bagels & Waffles & Sweetened Yogurt. Few healthful options.
Reasonably Priced , Close to our Planned Activities. Plenty of parking. Lots of fast food options close by.

I do wish that the exhaust fan in the bathroom had been more effective. I do not like the bathroom to steam up and stay that way during a shower.
Breakfast was a good selection, room was clear and appeared to be well cared for, everything was in working order.

The bathroom in the room was kind of small, we had to contort a little to close the door, I feel that larger people may have a bigger issue with this. There also wasn't much of sound barriers between rooms and hallways. We had a room with a connecting door (we did not know our neighbors so we didn't use this door) however we could hear their conversations easily even though they weren't being loud. We also heard people walking past in the hallway talking at a normal volume. The sound issues woke me up several times. I also feel that having some slight variation in breakfast each day might be good (i.e. bacon instead of sausage occasionally)
Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, all of the staff was friendly and the breakfast was better than some previous stays at other hotels. Plenty of parking and the location was great, plenty of shopping and food options. Best restaurants nearby were Pad Thai and Apollo Flame
