There were no kitchen Utensil's available at either the front desk or in the suite. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room was terrible. We found a saline Enema kit left in the drawer of the rooms cabinet.(which furthers the fact the room was barley cleaned before se arrived.) When asked for , We were denied extra pillows and sheets for the sofa bed do to there not being any available. ( So if you know you have "x" amount of beds and "X" amount of pullouts, there should be zero excuse for not having a readily available supply".) Sorry that's hospitality 101. Lastly and most importantly, While I am aware that people often use extended stay hotels as semi permanent living arrangements, it is no excuse for allowing families to have children running unsupervised at all hours of the night. The fact children are even awake at 215 am in the morning is one thing but unsupervised running amuck while other guests are sleeping is overwhelmingly disappointing. I stay in many places all year long. This is my 3rd at last stay at this particular venue. Your lack of discipline and management training has left this property on a down hill skid. Just Because you offer cheap rooms is no excuse for for staining the name of your corporation. What shows on the outside shows what is going on on the inside.

the staff came into my room at 8am not knowing I had extended she opened the door with her key> THE communication between staff is an issue or she was just lazy and did not do a proper assessment. Talk about shw thought I had checked out but you coming in my room at 8am! Scare the Bejesus out of me!

I needed a place from a HORRIBLE AIR B NB and this place was a welcome change.

Needs just overhaul. Missing light bulbs. Cracked light. No hair dryer. Dim light in bathroom and very loud fan. DIrty hallways and back stairs. Overall, great value for the money, but they could really do better with some attention to detail. Also, loud neighbors down the hallway at 2am.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room itself was fine. Nice amenities. Plenty of space.

On arrival we were told they might not have a king size room, after I’d already booked and paid for one… we were given an ‘accessible’ one, which was fine by us, but was alarmed they said they didn’t have what we’d booked. The breakfast is dreadful - front loops, tiny muffin and dreadful coffee. We ended up in Starbucks across the road.

Outdated room fixtures, no hangers or coffee machine (MOTEL basics) Cheap quality couch. Sticky inside drawers. Nothing in kitchen cabinets (no plates, cups, not a single thing.) what was the point in having empty cabinets and drawers?

The room was almost clean. The coffee table was sticky and the couch had crumbs on it. The floor in the bathroom needed moping. The curtains were about a foot to short. The didn’t cover the window. The a/c looked like it was going to fall out / loose bolts. The remote for tv didn’t work. The general hallway needed vacuuming.

but in the room it had a weird smell and in the bathroom there were no shower curtain so taking a shower was kind of hard since the floor was getting wet and the couches need to be updated

We had expressly asked and received confirmation for check in between 8 and 9 PM. We got to the hotel at 8;10 and a note said that someone would be back at 9. We were exhausted but had to wait in the car until 9 to check in. Room had very sticky floors which looked clean but were sticky.

Check out staff was great. Bed was comfortable and clean. The room was quiet.

Arrived, and the room I had booked wasn't available. (They told me they had overbooked rooms with 2 queen beds.) Ended up in a king with a pullout sofa at a discount. Went out of room for breakfast, and there is a grab and go type breakfast. Apparently, everyone already had grabbed more than their share. The only thing left by 820 am was a few chocolate muffins, granola bars, and hot beverages. Oh, well. The front desk service was fine, and tried to accommodate. Room was clean. Bed was not very comfortable. Bathroom shower area small. TV couldn't be watched unless you moved the drawer unit it is on. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Location was great for event at the pleasanton fair grounds.

Room was not clean, bathroom sink drain not draining, diverter on shower not working well. Top of refrigerator was very dirty. Elevator was not clean, threshold into elevator extremely dirty. Just not a clean hotel.

Breakfast was minimal. Location was good.

We arrived at almost 5 pm and the room still wasnt ready. We decided to run to a market to purchase groceries to prepare dinner and when we arrived back the room still wasnt done and sat in the hallway. There was no shampoo and was told that they were out. And finally come to find there wasnt a single kitchen item to use to make food. Breakfast was very disappointing, coffee was room temp, the muffins were dry or stale and there was no fruit even offered or yogurt which would be a norm anywhere else.

Liked the proximity to the venue we needed to attend. The room was spacious and clean.

the shower drain is rusted and diverter is not working that makes lucd nice when taking a shower. Thru out the night there is noise from drain line. Room cards needs to be reprogram everytime after use. For the 3 days we are staying, we had to go back to front desk to preram the key card for 6 times

The breakfast didn't meet my expectations. It is called a grab and go breakfast so it's really just some coffee and danish. I thought it would be more along the lines of what you get at the Best Western in Pleasanton, i.e., some eggs, bacon, etc. Also, the clerk who checked us in at night wasn't the most friendly on earth but all the others were very helpful.

This hotel is in a great location--close to restaurants and shops, and close to the fairgrounds. Most of the staff here are very helpful, professional and friendly. The room was clean and modern and it was so nice to have a kitchen with a full fridge, stove top and microwave, and a bathtub/shower combination. The room had a queen bed and a couch with a pullout bed, which was very helpful.
