There were quite a few problems The door came off the hinges and had to be repaired The fridge and freezer smelled The heater filters were filthy and a very obvious fire hazard the ac unit produced an awful smell when used And there was just constant yelling and screaming going on around in different rooms from guests and honestly didn't make it feel safe

The staff we interacted with was very friendly and willing to help us with issues that arose

There was a $100 cash deposit not listed on booking.The toilet and bathtub was stopped up,when I went to ask for a plunger was told they didn't have one wheni mentioned that I saw them with one that day they daid they don"t loan things to customers to borrow.There were roaches in every kitchen crevis.I was already booked there for a werk,but then needed accomodations for another week before also.I called them by phone and talked to a gentleman,asked if he could match the price for the other week booked ,I asked 3 TIMES ,was told no problem,when I was dropped of and doing check in thats when a woman walks up,says its goona be about 100$ mote plus the deposit.I asked why do you not state that on your ad,instead of abswering the question ahe pulls out a stack of envelopes with $100 in each one and says ,I charge everyone this.Ok and that pertained to listing it how?Ive try to make accomodations there past that,BECAUSE IM ON A LIMITED INCOME,but I make them in advance,and if iI try to even move it one day,it goes up drastically.I was fine there,felt safe,store close,but I dont think most people woukd be able to,nor fathom the conditions anf the infestations,I think most people would be in disbelief.

Price was the main plus,but understand,there is a reason for that.The staff were all in all pleasant and nice.Good location,clise conient stores,it was quiet(not that I personally mind some noise,but respect yah know,and I didnt feel unsafe.It is exactly what I state in this review,I could stay there again,I reccomend those not on a strict budget or have been in condions like I descibe,this isn't the place for yoy.To management,if you would have met yiur price because of a one day change i date with plenty advanced notice you have lost 3 seperate weeks I would have stayed.Thank You

The room I first had little to no air. The channels were great but when I was switched into the new room the air was igloo cold but the channels on the tv in the new room had mostly no signals. The refrigerator in the new room was not the best looking. For a week the money paid was not worth it. $305 for “standard” room with all the problems. I hate to see what the “upgraded” rooms look like.

The room was filthy. There was stains on the comforter in the bed as well as the sheets and the shower had hairs of the person who had the room before me.

Breakfast? They don't what the word means! The motel has no amenities whatsoever! No blankets on the bed, very lumpy mattress and pillows. No paper cups so a person could take a drink of water. No shampoo, only one towel, no bath mat. And although the room was large, the reason it was large was the large EXTRA room that was completely empty, so why have it. Also no closet to hang your clothes. The man that showed me to the room suggested the shower rod and wouldn't that be great, move your clothes each time you take a shower. And where do you put them while you are showering. The only thing that worked and looked normal was the refrigerator. The stove was enough to give you nightmares. If I write any more of what was wrong it might be about the condition of the walls, go check it out, looked like someone might have been going to make repairs, but left (maybe months ago) and hasn't been back to finish.

Leaving that sh#t hole and getting away from conjob motha fu#@ers!!! They tried SOOOO HARD to get $250 IN CASH ONLY from us from the day we checked in up until the very moment we left bc they accused us of smoking in the room whenever WE DID NOT and it was just awful bc it was clearly harassment and they woke us every morning telling us they wanted cash ONLY! The place wreaked of pot smoke and there are dogs in the rooms in the main hallway and OMG I have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH LOUD VICIOUS BARKING COMING FROM SEVERAL OF THE ROOMS FROM MORNING NOON TO NIGHT LIKE WE WERE HONESTLY STAYING IN A DOG POUND ROUND THE CLOCK! THIS PLACE IS UNBELIEVABLE AND DEFINITELY MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE UNACCEPTABLE AS AN EXTENDED STAY MOTEL FOR PAYING GUESTS... JUST REDICULOIS BOOKING.COM I AM DISAPPOINTED AND WILL BE CONTACTED HOPEFULLY BEFORE WE NOTIFY THE PAPER NEWS STATIONS AND ANYONE ELSE WHO CAN GO AND SEE WHAT TH IS GOING ON THERE AT HAZELWOOD FROM HELL SO HELP US GOD

The cockroaches, Cleanliness, and the crack heads walking around the lobby.

I didn’t even stay there 5 minutes. I walked into the hotel lobby. While I was speaking with the hotel attendant, I observed several cockroaches crawling on the floors. I told the manager I will not be staying there. The attendant told me my credit card would be charged if I left and my money was non-refundable. I pointed to the cockroaches and said I will not be paying to sleep with cockroaches. I also advised him that I would be contacting the health department. I walked out side to my vehicle and contacted the credit card company to dispute the charges. My credit card company said they would take care of the charges. This was not the same property advertised on Booking.com.

The room was dirty. The bed was broken. The tv was small. Bugs all over the kitchen. On top of that when I checked out they kept my deposit because I left a bag of trash.

I didnt like nothing about the hotel. It was trash. I would let my dog stay there.

The service. The room we booked wasn't clean we had to clean the room just to find out the property has roaches and gnats as well as cigarettes smoke everywhere. The front desk calls the police with false complaints. There wasn't any tissue on the time of booking had to go purchase some. The front desk got upset when I quote the public health laws. This place is horrible Also after booking we ad to wait two hours for clean liens..

I didn't like Booking.com because I payed $172.00 and didn't get to stay in a hotel because I wasn't told I had to pay a deposit, so I and my guest have been living at the shelter. Thanks for the stay in the shelter. Welcome Suite was very professional.
