There was rather hot in the room and the AC did not help that much, because it did not reach the bed, for instance. Also, the ventilation is not perfect, so after taking the shower one can easily notice the humidity. You can not open windows wide enough because of the installed controller. However, I think windows could help with humidity and temperature. You may also easily notice the odor of chlorine once you enter the room. The water is also very much chlorinized so I really recommend you have a filter, otherwise you will notice that it is not even transparent. The water in the swimming pool and jacuzzi is also over-chlorinized, so if you are sensitive or allergic to chlorine. better avoid using it.

The room is pretty spacious and clean. No complaints about the bed or other furniture. We have got all the plates, knives, forks, cups, a pot, and a pan in the lobby. The personnel also provided us with a dish cleaner, shampoo, and shower gel. Overall, the employees were very friendly, polite, and nice. The stove is quite old and simple but works well. The breakfast is pretty simple also, they have instant oats, healthy bars, muffins, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, and hot water with tea bags. Jacuzzi and swimming pools worked well. The water in the swimming pool was probably a bit cold, but it is okay when it is really hot outside. The location is not perfect, since there are no groceries around at all, but if you travel without a car, you have a metro station about 6 minutes walk from the hotel that takes about 14 minutes to reach downtown. Overall you get what you pay for and it is not disappointing at all

The back door side door in the back always remains open I stayed here with my children and didn't let them out of my sight.

Regarding the stove, the larger burner of two did not work, but it was repaired right away. There is no sink stopper, so you really need to be careful not to let large food particles down the drain. I would have liked the windows clearer to see out because it was kind of frosty looking.

I liked how my room was set up. The area in the back of the hotel was good for walking my dogs but still being aware of cars---safer in the back because more cars parked in front area of the hotel. I liked the location but depending on when you leave, it could be difficult to leave the parking lot due to traffic. The service and cleanliness was good overall.

I am allergic to animals. There were 2 dogs in lobby when we checked in which concerned me. I specifically asked if our room was PetFree and was told it was. Well within 5 minutes of being in room - I started sneezing & eyes itching. Had a horrible nights sleep. There was pet hair on floor & I presume on bed because of allergy reaction. I realize folks feel that their dogs are people too - but they aren't. Some people are really allergic.
