I love the location. Close to friends and family who live in the area. The CalTrain is just steps away.

Airport/train noise but that’s not the hotels fault.

Staff friendly. Unfortunately had thought there was gluten free items (had been in contact prior) but wasn’t. However hotel made up for this by offering me a credit back to my Booking.com! They were apologetic and quick to remedy the issue. The bed was very comfortable. Close to airport so did have that noise.

Internet was terrible, I was 100% not able to work from the room. It was constantly dropping sometimes not reconnecting for 10s of minutes. The gym was closed. Breakfast was very basic.

I arrived from SFO during the time midday when there are no shuttles. The shuttle back to SFO the next day was efficient. My room was in the back of the property, so was noisy from the freeway and trains.

It was fine. Room spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast was fine as well. It was a short walk to the main street in South San Francisco which had plenty of restaurants.

The darkening drapes can't be closed to cover the entire window. Even though there were sheers, we didn't feel like we had quite as much privacy as we would have liked to have had.

Easy check-in, staff was courteous, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was a nice bonus.

Lights were out in the early morning and it was very dark at 5:45 as I went to the elevator on the third floor. Didn't feel safe at that time. Lights were on the night before so I don't know what happened. It would be nice to have coffee for those catching the 5:05 and 5:50 shuttle. Didn't start until after 6am.

The bed was the best of my trip. Very comfy! Bathroom was very nice and clean. You had to ask the front desk for a breakfast sandwich, otherwise, only coffee in small cups with lids were available. I was told it was a grab and go breakfast, but saw nothing to grab and go. Better communication on what that means in the future. Also, met someone who had come in on an international flight and rode the shuttle with me. She needed something to eat and nothing was available to her like a fruit or juice. Other places are more welcoming for such guests.

Our flight was delayed 6 hours so we didn't arrive until 3AM so we missed the opportunity to use the shuttle coming in but did use it leaving 7AM the next morning. I thought I read breakfast was included and the lady who checked us in wrote breakfast hours on my key/card but the next morning there was no food. No a huge deal but don't tell people you have breakfast if you really don't.

The price. Also the shuttle works well and services a few other hotel in route but it's free.

Not having coffee available before 6 AM. Really? Shuttles to and from the airport don't start until 6:48 PM. If you arrive in the afternoon you will need alternative transportation.

When I arrived in the room, it was a total mess, as if someone there had checked out recently. Then the staff moved me to another room. This is a very important concern due to the covid situation. I arrived at 8:50 am to have breakfast (it should be available until 9am) and there was no more coffee or breakfast. On the other side, the staff gave us things to eat (bread with cheese, juice and muffins) and there were coffee machines at each room.

The staff was very polite and always wanted to help me when I asked.

the staff that was wanting to fight the guest. when we asked for our room to be cleaned and bedding changed it was not done.

it was a decent stay. no complaints other than one of the staff was yelling and screaming at a guest. to the point that she wanted to fight the guest and cops were called as we were checking in.

it was a little loud due to nearby construction crews working at night, but that is not the fault of the property, the bed was super firm and our family prefers softer mattresses, but for just the one night it was fine

given that we are in a pandemic situation the hotel did the best they could in still providing a nice breakfast to the guests, including a breakfast sandwich, which is nice to have a hot offering, also a nice short commute to return our rental car, was a perfect place to stay if you are flying out in the morning
