Our room had a weird, not pleasant smell to it. It was noticed as soon as we opened our door. The bathtub caulking could use a good spray bleach to remove the black mildew.

The hotel was cute, was clean in some areas but not others. Wish we could have utilized more features but had a very late checkin

The hotel is NOT disabled friendly. The breakfast area is on the 2nd floor with no access to those in wheel chairs or who cannot climb stairs.

The location is great with easy access to all that Lake Erie shores and islands have to offer. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Carpet very dirty, Wi-Fi not working, bugs in bathroom, cobwebs by table, had to ask for toilet paper, had to ask for bath towels, had to ask for wash cloths. floor had lots of water by ice machine leaking for at least 4 days. Outside missing shingles, no gutters or had fallen off, very dirty building, Mattress and trash thrown outside of building. The whole place was dirty too much money for poor conditions. Breakfast ok but you had to take the lid off waffle mix and pore it out of a large plastic container, and it was making a mess on the floor and trash container that stayed there I know for 4 days no one cleaned it up. Also $55 to keep one pet super poor. Then a sign charging you $100 essential charge that you might or will get back in 5 or 6 days.

The rooms weren't very clean at all. My daughter's room has lint on the floor like it hadn't been vacuumed and the bathtub had hair in it and in my room the tub was clogged every time we took a shower and the breakfast was really not good at all.

The phone didn't work and neither did the charger thing I called the front desk and they said they would send maintenance and they never showed up. The jets in the Jacuzzi didn't work either.

The bed was comfortable and the view was great.

Breakfast was empty before 9am. No milk, eggs, sausage, juice, creamer, or anything. If you promise food until 10, have it there. We're paying for it in the rate.

At 9am we went to eat breakfast and there wasn't much food left and they told us they wasn't making more, 1 hour before breakfast stopped.

Breakfast area was unmanned. There was a waffle left in the waffle maker. The eggs, etc were uncovered. We went to a restaurant. The carpeting in our room had rips and tears.

The location of breakfast was served on the second floor. Thus caused an issue as there was no elevator. I was unable to access the breakfast as I cannot navigate stairs. My family had to bring something to me in the room.
