Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaNot close to anything, positively must have transportation, not safely walkable to anything although it seems close to the Stadium. Staff is rude, no coffee maker or hair dryer in room, outer lobby area smelled like weed every time I passed through, room stinks like cigarettes, evidenced by cig burns on sink surround, No utensils even though this is billed as an extended stay location. Breakfast consisted of tiny packaged muffins and granola bars.
Convenient to NJTP

United States of AmericaNo coffee pot in the room, no kitchenware at all unless you asked for what you needed at the front desk. Not even a glass, nothing. The room didn’t even have a picture on the wall. For the price of the room, should have had at least a decent breakfast.
Staff were nice. It was clean the and beds and room were comfortable

CanadaWe had stayed at this hotel a few years back for a NYC/MetLife Stadium event trip, and it seems that they have implemented cost-saving measures of having you ask for the things you need to make a kitchenette of any use, other than the fridge and the microwave, such as dishes, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Since we only stayed for two nights, we didn't bother to ask for the items, but it sure would have been nice to have a coffee in our room before we headed out in the mornings.
This hotel is a relatively quick Uber ride (about 15 minutes/$17USD) to the Secaucus train station that can get you to Penn Station in NYC for $4.25USD (one way) in one stop, about 10-12 minutes, which we did the first day we were there. It is also ideally located for attending events at MetLife Stadium, which we did the second night we were there. The room was a great size, with a full-sized fridge and a microwave.

United States of AmericaMy check in could have been way better. The GM Jeff, started yelling at me because I asked when the room was going to be available when I was promised early check in. He continued to “cancel” my reservation because I simply asked. I had to call corporate to get it resolved. I didn’t mind waiting for a room, but you do NOT treat a human being like that.
Rooms were great, very clean, has kitchen with fridge and stove and microwave

BrazilThere's no public transport nearby, no type of entertainment (restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery store...) close enough to walk. I asked for a taxi company number and they only had one. If there was a shuttle to one train station, the experience would be better

United States of AmericaWhen we check-in at 9:30 PM for the other room (Rm 531), there is a tell tale sign that someone smoke in the bathroom and you could smell it. I assume maybe that is the reason why the room is not available during our check-in
My family and I are really disappointed. Only one room is available when we check-in around 2:45 PM. However, the other room is not available after 3:00 PM
