The coffee set-up

Great location. Very convenient. If I were pressed to comment, I'd say the morning coffee set up was just a bit underwhelming. There were no creamers or stirring straws or anything like that. It's a nit-noid. Your staff was fine. The room was comfortable, and I appreciate all your work in making the property pleasant.

Mirror fell off bathroom wall. Dishes were limited. Small breakfast. No Decaf coffee.

Breakfast was sub par. Only coffee creamer was almond or pumpkin spice one day and the other just powdered creamer, tv was small and rooms need a update. We stayed at the i95 location and it was much nicer for the same price.

We booked 2 rooms, 119 and 116... The 116 had a very unpleasant smell, didnt like that all.

Very friendly staff, room size was good, bathroom size good. The vending machines are a great option, I really appreciate it. The beds were super comfortable.

Toilet ran non stop, sofa bed squeaked every time anyone moved, waking up whole family, “breakfast included” was a lie. There was only coffee and a few cereal bars at like 6:45am. Room smelled odd. Could hear noises easily through doors & walls. Only one trash can. Not enough USB ports.

The key cards to enter your room and enter the building, did not work very well.. I only stayed one night and 4 different times I was denied access to my room or the building.. Had to make trips to the front desk each time to get it fixed..

I know the breakfast is continental and I was no expecting much..The front desk told me it was coffee and muffins.. I never saw and y muffins.. I had coffee but there was no creamer...

The only complaint I have is that this place is apparently a haven for Brevard County's homeless.

The only thing that I didn't like is that my stay wasn't longer and the $100 cash deposit that I had to pay because I had a Melbourne I.D.. It was actually a pretty nice experience.

There were no dishes, toaster, pots in the room. We had to transport everything from downstairs. No soap to wash dishes. Kitchen was not set up for extended stay. When requesting dishes, we were told they were limited and had to be washed before ready for pickup. Would like two chairs for eating at counter.

We brought our own breakfast because yours was so limited. Would not consider it as breakfast provided. Could affect our future decision to stay here. Nice to have full size fridge and stove. Staff was very courteous. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Enjoyed comfortable chair. Excellent location.

People live here and some of them were weird - often times staff was not at the front desk.

It’s very affordable and has a kitchen inside - you do have to ask for all the kitchen stuff at the front - and no one cleans your room ever - so I had to buy my own cleaning supplies - not a big deal except I couldn’t get a broom or anything to at least sweep the floor. The staff is incredibly nice - but there are people who “live” here long term - so it’s not as vacation feeling as I would expect . The beds are not the most comfortable and the stove we had was rusted on the burners - but everything was clean.

The trash bin in a particular stairway smelled horrible but was cleaned. This is the only 'bad' experience.
