Convenient to all things, my room was big and nice, open area, room to move around.

Wasn’t super clean. Rooms outdated with small tvs and uncomfortable beds. Carpets were dirty. Bathroom was clean though. Elevator didn’t work so we had to use the stairs the whole time and we were on the third floor.

Breakfast is basically just granola bars and oatmeal. Couch was old, worn and needs to be replaced.

The location is nice. The rooms are nice, not spectacular. It's more than what you would expect considering the other extended stay a few miles away, is a lot less comfortable.

Waited several hours for hot water..no one could get in contact with the maintenance personnel...no effort was made to get outside contractor to fix the issue..I missed a meeting and had to go elsewhere to shower..others didn't have hot water either...I felt I should have been compensated for one day but was only compensated 56 dollars...I pay less at the courtyard Marriott per night than at the extended stay...when it was finally fixed the water was only lukewarm

No basic dishes had to go to desk to get. TV in kitchen/living area did not work. The one in the bedroom was fine since I was only staying overnight.

Location is perfect for a pit stop on I95. Its super clean, quiet and safe so perfect if traveling alone. The gym facility could use some weights and the rooms need a coffee maker but otherwise its fine.

When we checked in, the room type that we originally booked was not available. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath suite at no extra charge. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean. Hotel was pet friendly and it was located right where we wanted to be. Would definitely stay here again.

Room probably was not clean. Found a used washcloth in the shower as soon as I checked in. If they missed that, who know what else they skipped.

It was cheap for a one night stay, plenty of parking and a late checkout at 11 am.

The bed is terrible sleeping, I could feel the springs, I couldn’t lay down comfortably, had to get a blanket to use as padding. My room didn’t get as warm as I would have like it

I cant say there was anything that I did not like about this location. Compared to the location on Owen St/Dr, this location is a lot better.

The location was the best and the room was clean. I did see a roach but it was only one so I did not say anything about it.

if everything worked or they would have been straight up with me very disappointed

I absolutely did not like the fact that they have no fresh linen to give to you you have to wait for them to watch the women that you have in order for you to get some more and I absolutely do not like the fact that they have a s***** ass breakfast and I absolutely do not like the fact that they do not allow you to get another room to change rooms they have to give you the same room if you extend that's all

I like that it was quiet and I liked that it was easy process to be checked in and extend I stay also the night staff is amazing because they have to pick up the slack from all the people that are being lazy throughout the middle of the day
