I asked for more towels and had to go outside to find help. Then she acted like I was bothering her and was stingy with giving me a set. Took forever to get hot water. TV was not giving us good service! Will not return!!

I passed several rooms that said jacuzzi tub and chose this location because it said hot tub. There was a jacuzzi tub with jets in the room, but it was not what I expected a hot tub to be.

The “fitness center” was a 5’x7’ closet with a treadmill, an elliptical and a small poorly taken care of, made in China-cable machine. The room smelled ferociously of mildew/mold.

You only got one towel and wash cloth per day and we had 4 people. Also if you use your towel for the pool you don’t get any extra and there’s no towels for the pool except what’s in your room. The main thing was check out is at 11, by 915 and man was vacuuming the hallway and baby out door several times and woke us up after not getting in until after 1 in the morning. I didn’t appreciate to pay 300 for a room to be rudely awakened like that.

We were expecting rain overnight and had to bring in our folding chairs, wagon, bag as well as 3 youngs. Our room was upstairs there was no freaking elevator. All of the outlets in the room were loose and would not hold a phone charger tight. The "complimentary breakfast consisted of cereal, bruised bananas, toast, hardboiled eggs and a waffle maker.
We were there for a travel baseball tournament it was right across the street

$250 deposit i was not made aware of, 1 of our rooms smelled like sewage. They wouldn't let me use the card I used to reserve the room because of the name. The staff was extremely rude.

The last time we stayed they said the pool was closed for cleaning this time it was still closed. I get the hotels for the pool. Very disappointed

The price was incredibly high because there's no other options in the area. I was in town for my nanas passing and unable to stay with family due to their lifestyle choices (heavy indoor smokers). I didn't have an option. The staff was truly wonderful and this is no reflection on them. I just wish there were some type of grievance discount for people in my situation. My hands were tied and this trip to say goodbye to my Nana cost me over $1200 between hotel, gas, and rental car (I live in Peoria, IL). I'm not the type of person that can just shake off that kind of unexpected expense.
The staff was absolutely wonderful.

The owners were horrible rude! There was no elevator! Breakfast was terrible! Beds were so uncomfortable! Bathroom was so small you could barely turn around! The owners are from India I'm assuming . When I checked in the male owner treated me like I was beneath, I'm assuming because I was female! Worst place I have ever stayed!
