Lady didn't know how to check Me in cause I used booking.com for my reservation. Was trying to make me pay twice after I told her I already paid online and I had the confirmation number and pin with my license and debit card that I used.

There wasn't a hair drier in the bathroom or if there was one there I couldn't find it. There wasn't a unused electric receptacle close enough to the bed to allow me to plug in my CPAP machine.

The room including the furnishings were fine and met my expectations.

someone yelling and fight everyday on ground floor and dog barking day and night. Bad experience to stay. Will never come back again. This place make me feel unsafe.

It was run down. There were bugs in our room. Water temperature fluctuated wildly when trying to take showers.

basin sink that was not repaired. No clear guidelines on extra charges/ per hour if chek out was delayed. This could have been accomodated since my arrival was 3 hour delayed... and that was communicated in advance... The main door lock needs repairs... Everything else was good... Room 123

Lots of roaches & hot water worked when it wanted to. Also, they chose to redo the entire parking lot at one time. Getting in and out was horrible and a safety hazard.

There was an Incident between people staying there, It got very loud and also It seemed this was not the first time Also One part of the Hotel faces the interstate and it was loud at times. Also there seemed to be a bad element of some People staying there, Thankfully I told them to put me on the third Floor. The elevator was also very Slow

The bed was lumpy and not very comfortable. Not enough pillows…. the bath tub didn’t look very clean and the worst part was the floor. Someone had spilled something on it and it had dried into a big sticky spot right next to the bed. I wiped it up with a wet washcloth and the cloth was pitch black. I could also feel dirt on my feet when I was walking around the room barefoot and the bottoms of my feet were filthy! They obviously don’t sweep or mop the rooms. The other thing was that there was no ice available, which I thought was weird. It was an ok visit for one night but I don’t think I’d stay there longer than that.

cigarette smell in the room from the time we entered until we left, did not like it all, very uncomfortable no hand soap in the bathroom No readily available utensils, there was sign about the provision of utensils if requested. I was under the impression that the kitchen would have it ready. breakfast was free but I expected better breakfast at least some eggs

guest was loud all night, playing loud music, they were smoking and the smoke came in my room, my door handle was broken so it was a safety issue getting in my room, the bathroom was dirty, toilet had hairs in the toilet, hairs in the tub, dried up toothpaste in the sink, hairs in shower, trash on the bathroom floor, hairs in the bed… the room smelt of mold .. my nose was stuffy all night!! you can tell the filters needs to be changed bc the room smells like straight musk n mildew!!!

we got 2 rooms. in one the water did not get hot only lukewarm and in the other it was scolding hot.

The property was in a good location very close to food and shopping. the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.
