There was cockroaches in the bathroom. And the hallways and elevator was dirty and had a smell-

The walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors through the doors along the passage. The area was not ideal as a tourist location, much better suited for remote / blue collar workers, though the price suggested a more elevated status.

The bathroom toilet kept running, the kitchen countertop laminate on the face was falling off, the cabinets doors were definitely worn as with the floors.

There were no cooking utensils, cups and coffee maker in the room, which needed to be customized. There was a soap in the bathtub from a previous guest. I don't know how they could have overlooked it when cleaning. There was no coffee left by 9am. So I had to go to the building next door to get coffee.

The staff was very welcoming. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of parking, and it was close to the highway. It was a 30 minute drive to Boston.

Garbage can in room was full, mildew in shower, dust on items in room, thin walls, weird smell in room and hallway, no breakfast as all food was piled in sealed cardboard boxes.

The location was good and the price was better than the hotels in Boston Center. But if you have some other choice, I just suggest do not risk yourself here. We were given a room with very heavy curry smell which definitely were not ventilated before we arrive. Or it was used as a staff kitchen. The floor was sticky with some little waste like Date pit. We opened the window and the Exhaust fan. It did not work at all. Finally we had to ask for a change and were given two single rooms. One of them also had some food smell, but we were told it was the last choice. They look do not care about guests at all. It is a kitchen equipped hotel but you will find the pots, frying pan or any other Kitchenware, although a cook top available. You may use the microwave oven. I give 5 just because I do not want to be bothered by the hotel administration to delete this review. No photos just do not want those stuff taking up space on my phone. Definitely will avoid all Extended Stay America Hotel Chains in the future.

- The “grab and go breakfast” isn’t worth mentioning or advertising. - The property allowed dogs and that was fine but the one in the room across the hall cried and whined all night. The owner/occupant was either not there or very inconsiderate or both. There’s no way hotel staff didn’t hear it, so I’ll assume they just allowed it.

Difficult to locate.The was no breakfast. I don't call sugary food like pastries and granola bar breakfast. Small packets of oatmeal was not replenished often enough. No hot breakfast. Pillows are not washed after each guests, smelled musty. The facility's lobby and elevator smelled and was often dirty. Staff and unprofessional with other staff addressing billing issues. Tone was accusatory and not customer friendly. Waited an extended period of time for check-in or to speak with someone at front desk.

The size of the room. Quiet facility. Location full of dining and shopping options. Plenty of parking.

The staff is great. The bad experience is caused by them guests that litter and don’t clean up after their dogs and smoke cigarettes by the entrances. Lots of police activity due to people that need police to control their behaviour. It’s a place to be and the beds are comfortable but I wouldn’t stay here if I had a choice. Every other place in the area is almost double the price. Internet speed is garbage I’ve had to work at local cafes. You get what you pay for.

There were leftover food inside the fridge and there were no soap and shampoo inside the room. We had to go to the front desk to ask for them.

The location was very convenient it has all the necessary things that you need around the area.

Room smelled of cigarettes. And there was no breakfast. The place where you can get get coffee by the lobby they called "breakfast room". The trick is that there was no food.
