I didn't like: The ice machine was broken, the orange juice was not very good, no eggs for breakfast, TV was not on, with the exception of checking in, the staff did not speak to me as I walked past front desk numerous times. In addition, the pool was closed, and the hot tub was hot, but the jets did not work. Really? And what is with the guy who appeared to be living out of a storage unit in front of the entrance? With a grill, picnic table, friends, and junk lying around? And, there was no guide for the TV. One must go through every channel one-by-one. Annoying.

I liked: My room, the lobby was pretty and I liked the location.

There's a little mildew on the bathroom ceiling. The pool was a little cold and overfilled and the hot tub didn't work.

Beds are super comfortable. We never saw any bugs or anything. The continental breakfast was pretty good.

Air Condition didn’t work, and they moved us to another room, they had trouble getting it to work, the hot breakfast was a joke, out of all the quality inns we had stayed at this one had the worst breakfast selection we have ever seen to claim they had breakfast.

The lady at check-in was super, I couldn’t ask for anybody nicer, or to try harder! Easy access close to the interstate!

They have updated and remodeled recently, yet the lamps and light fixtures were old and Rusty. updates needed there!

The sink was clogged in my room and the bed was not the best to sleep in also the jets in the hot tub didn't work and there were never any towels in the pool area. Breakfast didn't have many options.

You need a better sign out on highway and lighting it up would have helped as we drove around quite a bit trying to find the hotel Because it was extremely cold the fellow next door started up his diesel truck early about 6 am to get it warmed up. This did not disrupt us too much as we were awake and decided to get the snow off our truck-it was a gas truck and did not need as long to warm up.

The location gave a great view of I-75 so that we could see snow removal was happening. The room was clean and staff good. A hot breakfast would have suited my husband. However the continental breakfast was good. I picked up a couple of apples and 2 muffins in case we got stranded on the highway. Fortunately our side was moving along well. The other side of I75 was stopped for about 60 miles so they could remove trucks and vehicles from the median

Refrigerator didnt work and hair dryer. Had to park away from room because other people were taking up 2 spots. Some of the other people staying there and what appeared lived there were shady.

Location was right off interstate and easy to find.
