Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The person in the front desk seem like he was having a bad day and didn't leave it at home I really don't appreciate that also the bathtub could have been a little bit bigger especially for the room I asked for which was the king bedroom or if there was a whirlpool installed in the room as well.
The jacuzzi and sauna and a complimentary breakfast yum.

Not necessarily the hotels fault, but there was some kids sports teams staying there, with kids running down the hall well past 10pm and it was super annoying. I would hope there is future discussion on children being accompanied by adults at all times or something.
Everything in the room and hotel listing was correct. Furniture was comfortable, fridge, microwave, and coffee all worked. They had hot food for breakfast. Everything was just perfect for a super fast overnight stay in and out of town.

Bathroom fan was too loud. Some deferred maintenance in the room. Faucet and shower curtain worn. Carpet baseboard was coming unglued.

When we opened up the sofa bed, the mattress cover on it had flecks of dirt on it. So, we closed it back up and did not use it.
The location was very near where my invalid mother is staying so the proximity was good. The Breakfast had a nice variety of food and was well laid out. I was especially happy to use the pool as I like to swim laps and exercise in the morning.

The road noise was too loud. All night long. The hotel was quiet but the highway was roaring. My only complaint for the hotel. On my last night, I turned the fan on to cover the noise.
The breakfast was good. Pretty standard stuff.

Nothing comes to mind! Everything was great!
It is by the Highway but you don’t really hear it much! The area is clean and safe! The staff were incredibly nice and were always there when I needed assistance!

There are many very bright security lights, right outside our bedroom window and parked cars that turn ther there they turn their lights off and on. Normally, not a problem, there are sheer curtains, and blackout curtains. But wait, there is a problem, the black out curtains only goes so far, they’re just for looks at each side they don’t go all the way across the window. Room 104 doesn’t need any night lights they just need a complete set of blackout curtains.  Now, for the toilet paper roll. It’s a one armed bandit, and that’s a good thing. However, when you tear off a piece, the role goes flying forward onto the floor. How about putting that toilet paper arm straight up or facing the back.? Just a thought.
The heated pool, the spa, the sauna, and the workout room were all great. It was also nice to have a big roomy bedroom.

Need to enforce non-smoking & vaping policy. The second floor east hallway was so full of pot smoke really bad one night. Felt like I was back in a college dorm in the 70's.

Curtains in room did not close for privacy sake. Could use black outs or at least full closure ones that actually meet in the middle.

Need to have curtains that close. Breakfast was adequate - missed nuts and granola for oatmeal and yogurt.
Comfortable room, clean and neat. Stayed on 1st floor and wanted to close curtains, but they did not close all the way. Could see lights of cars on side street and in parking lot thru gauzy curtains and worried that people passing could see into room. Someone above me stomped and banged around until past midnight. Will ask for top floor next time. Could hear freeway noises, and talking in hallway, but not too loud.
