While I enjoyed the pool, I would've preferred to use my own key as access instead of waiting for staff to swipe me in. I also enjoyed the gym, but the equipment was not in good working condition Particularly the stationary bike.

I enjoyed the access to computers for work, the use of the pool, the free breakfast and access to laundry.

Food is not good The room is not comfortable , you can't ever dark the room even in midnight due to street lights on the window.. they don't make the room every day..

There were no guides for the TV, no local channels or “normal” networks like Fox, ABC, etc. Front desk was not helpful (she just said “just keep scrolling”!!) and very disengaged (borderline rude/dismissive). Not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but EVERY interaction with her during our stay was awkward because she projected a very defensive attitude for no reason. We are NOT complainers and usually I wouldn’t even say anything but frankly she has a really negative vibe and it really affected my perception of the entire experience.

Clean room and daytime friendly staff. The nighttime staff was rude when I came in late and the front door was locked. They rudely told me I should know to use my key.

We had to turn off the water to the toilet so that it didn’t keep running all nigh. The pullout couch didn’t come with any linens or pillows and we had to request them—only sheets were provided. The breakfast left a lot to be desired: there was no milk for the cereal, the orange juice and coffee were very bad, and the eggs were poor quality. The pool was not stocked with towels.

The rooms were nicely updated with good blackout shades. The waffles and breads were yummy and the pool was warm. When I asked for linens for the pullout couch, they were brought up right away.

The carpeting in the rooms, we had trouble with the keycards and not just us but other people who were staying there as well. The bathroom sink was clogged. The breakfast could have been better. The parking lot need better lighting it feels unsafe especially when you have to park in the back and in the front that is by the trees.

The two keys we were given for the room would have to be tried numerous times before the door would open. Some other guests were having the same issue.

They were out of everything for hot breakfast but the waffles, which weren't very good. We ended up going outside the hotel for breakfast. The room was supposed to be accessible, but there was a tub and not a walk in/roll in shower. Also, the thermostat for the room was behind the TV. Not a great place for that.

Busy highway area. Phone in room did not work. No linens for pull out sofa bed in room, but I went to front desk and linens were provided.

Location was in a great area. Close to restaurants, other hotels, shopping (Walmart, TJMaxx, Hobby Lobby). The room was spacious for my family.

I didn’t like the smell of the room when I first enter. Looks like they half cleaned! One of the cleaning ladies had her small child at work with her so the child was just in the hall crying for hours. It woke us up out of our sleep.
