I don't normally leave bad reviews and i saw other poor reviews on this place but sometimes you realize that at times,bad reviews are unwarranted,so i give benefit of doubt. I have stayed at other Extended Stays in Raleigh with good experience but this one was very disappointing! not clean at all, no type of kitchenware, no ironing board or even one hanger in the closet! The only thing in the room was ONE bar of soap. No info on website to indicate that "Select"Suites is not the same as other Extended Stays. You have to buy cookware or dinnerware at the desk $39.99 and this location does not offer a continental breakfast as the website states. This location has mostly long-term "residents". Extended stay needs to clarify the difference between the types of hotels! I opted for a place with kitchen so i could do my own meals, coffee. Had I known up front I could have been more prepared or just chosen another location all together. This was not worth the $90+ per night!

The bed was comfortable, location was good and well lit outside so it felt safe.

The stairway was dirty the carpets in the room needs to be changed, there were seems to me like drug addicts walking almost all night,there were no pots pans glasses or any kind of dishes in the room.

Mainly location, I guess.... I was approached by someone selling "hot" items outside my room.... Room next to me had music playing loud enough to ID songs, the bass was extremely loud, had to get another room after a few hours.

The attendant moved me w/o an issue.

Long check-in process, had to switch rooms because my first room when I got to it the door was ajar and the smoke alarm was going off. Second room stove top didn't work at all, shower curtain is super short so had to be careful of water going all over the floor, the bed was so so, not super comfortable but not the worst I've ever slept on. Had some issues with guests in other rooms making excessive amounts of noise in the middle of the night to the point of the bed and tv in my room shaking and other guests arguing and banging on doors including mine.

I booked a pay later room when I arrived I was informed at 8pm that they did not have an available room. However at 1:30am they tried to charge my card. Fortunately I was able to find another room and paid for it so the payment was declined at Extended Stay. But with them being fraudulent I will NEVER book here again.

When we arrived for check-in, I was informed that they had no rooms available per the specs of my confirmed reservation. Luckily, I was able to find another room not too far away, even though most hotels in the area were already fully booked. Although the GM tried to help, she wasn't the most pleasant given the circumstances.

Everything! the bed wasn't balanced it seem and felt like it was broken you would move to one side and the other side would go up, it was wobbly . Also when we got to our room there were trash bags just laying in front of our room. One of the other things that stood up was the floor of the room they seem like they weren't mop in days, they were sticky. The TV was broken! Last of the many things that were unpleasant about that stay was the odor the room had.

My experience never occurred because once I arrived after booking I was told there were no more rooms available. This was at check in a little after 3pm and after I already paid. Why would you promote a room you did not have available is the question?

My experience at your motel was truly terrifying. My room didn't have hot water and the main light was out so I only had the bedside lamp and my flashlight for light. The bed sheets were stained. The room reeked of cigarettes. Trash bags that needed to be taken to the dumpster sat outside my window. It was 11pm at night when I checked in. As I was walking to my room, a woman staying in a unit next to mine called out that she would watch and make sure I made it to my door safely because other "tenants" were shouting and fighting and she was worried for my safety. I would have gone to the front desk to ask to be switched to another room but once I made it to my room I was too scared to leave. Dogs barked all night. People were shouting and fighting. I heard someone banging on a door a couple of rooms down from me. I prayed. The next morning I went to the front desk because I was charged twice for my stay. I had paid via booking.com prior to my arrival but then I was told to pay again at the desk when I arrived. I should have not done that. I was too tired to protest and I should have asked more questions then. In the morning when I tried to explain what happened I was shut down and told that the motel doesn't do refunds. I was polite. I didn't ask for a refund for my terrible experience. I asked for a refund for one of the double charges. I'm just grateful no one broke into my car in the parking lot.

The door was open upon arrival. The people who live there had HUGE dogs almost gave me a heart attack. BE PREPARED TO FIGHT ROACHES! No extra blankets pillows are wash cloth upon request NO ONE AT FRONT DESK YOU HAVE TO CONSTANTLY CALL A DIFFERENT NUMBER TO CALL THE ATTENDANT TO COME TO THE DOOR! Broken lamp shades( I forgot to take pics) DO NOT SHUT THE BATHROOM DOOR you WILL be lockes in!! We didn't dare turn the stove on! Tub so terrible we washed up at the sink NO HOT WATER we were there from midnight to 7am we got out of there!

The entry door safety latch was broken, screen missing from window and felt windows would be easily broken into, fist hole in bathroom and area around doorknob damaged. Several people around my room entrance. Some appeared and talked as if mentally unstable. I felt so unsafe that I only stayed approximately 10 minutes, left and stayed at hotel across the road.

The location to interstate, RTP, Raleigh, Durham was excellent.
