My room floor was wet and it had mold on the floor

The room shows signs of wear. Carpets are stained. The hair dryer didn’t work, and fell off the wall when I went to use it. Bathroom needs better maintenance, needs caulk and doorframe looks rotted on bottom.

I had a very difficult time finding the property late at night, had to call an agent and ask a police officer. The staff were pleasant. The hotel smelled musty, and I did not like the deodorizing fragrance they used to try and cover it up. The room was clean but shows signs of wear. Carpet has stains and bathroom needs maintenance, caulk and doorframe moldings need replacing. Hair dryer didn’t work and fell off the wall when I tried to use it. The bed and pillows were comfortable enough. It served the purpose for a weary travelers need for a last minute one night place to stay. I would not stay there again.

room seemed damp, smelled slight mildew, walls near bathroom bubbled and mildew. no outlet near table that held microwave and coffee maker had to move them to other side of room to use. only one tiny trash can in bathroom. Missed breakfast on Sunday, was out late Sat got up just B4 9, breakfast closed at 9..could extend on winds to maybe 930 10.

The air conditioner didn't heat up, the cafe area could be cleaner and the coffee could be better (however, for the daily price, it's very good).

There were some details that caused some complications during my stay, such as the check-in process. I had a misunderstanding about payment for resort fees due to me booking with a third party. (Currently still investigating the process of this.) The elevators were not reliable. I was "stuck", or unable to get to the correct floor numerous times throughout the stay. This made me anxious and uncomfortable. I would be traveling up and down the elevator between the two , with strangers at various hours, just to get back to my floor. As a young lady, you can see why I was anxious. Also, the rooms and hallways had a most unpleasant smell of moisture against the old carpeting. I wish there was just tile or possibly new carpet and fragrance devices throughout the halls and rooms. Although the first floor, lobby, and bathroom smelled and looked well, the carpets in the room have stains and foul odors which left the room stuffy. We tried airing the room out when coming back or gone so that kind of helped. But if this inconveniences you too, try to bring your own room fragrances.

I loved that they served hot waffles, assorted danishes, milk & cereal, juice options, hot coffee and water, and provided plenty of tables to eat. They were accommodating when we needed to trade in our room key with an extended stay and when we requested luggage storage before our late departure from the hotel after check-out. Also, they were kind enough to help us retrieve our luggage from the storage and place it on the trolley so we could load it in the car. When I asked for salt and pepper for my dinner ome night, they stopped what they were doing to look thoroughly and find some. Also, they provide room cleaning everyday, which was standard but gave us comfort knowing towels were restocked, beds were made, trash was taken, and nothing was misplaced or missing. I truly valued my stay here and appreciate the staff at Comfort Inn International Drive.

The room we got (and the whole floor, but especially our room) smelled so strongly of mold that it was like walking into an odor cloud of it. It was very difficult to be comfortable in the room due to the super strong mold smell. :(

The beds were on the hard side. The hallways smelled like bleach and musty. The elevator seemed old and occasionally felt like it was unstable when getting in. Also the ice machine was not working.

The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The room was cleaned nicely.

Some rooms smelled like wet and fungus, it could be an issue with the floor mats or a real humidity issue at the whole building. At the 3rd floor there’s a room smelling very bad and the a/c is full of fungus

I did not like the curtains because it doesn't close There is noway to fully close the certain. There is a sheer curtain on the window but people can see in the room from the parking lot. Also there is an advertisement bill board in the parking lot that is very bright so it lights up the rooms it is hard to get a good night sleep with all that light. Then in the morning the room lights when the sun comes out. The room that I had is room 219. One last thing on book.com I was supposed to get a free upgrade with my reservation so I chose the upgraded room but did not get the room. Also parking lot was full when I got there at 11:00 p.m. also because of the club and parking it's also with the parking of the hotel and Golden corral in a restaurant called koby's they all use the same park so parking spot can be hard to find

The hotel was nice breakfast was really good there was eggs pork sausage turkey sausage waffles tost fruits cereal coffee and I also orange juice and apple juice and grapefruit juice the pool clean and nice someone was cleaning it when I was eating breakfast also the desk clerk was very nice at the reception desk also there's a club called mango it's located next to the hotel in the parking lot it has four areas of clubs and there's a Golden corral across the parking lot and a corner store on the other side of Golden corral it's in the central of all the international boulevard festivities as far as shop stores eateries and bars great location
