Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was not good. Ran out of food, ran out of forks, girl in charge was clearly overwhelmed, not enough space for people to sit since the hotel was full. But, other than this, great place to stay.
We were surprised to find that the Comfort Inn and Suites had transitioned to an independent Hotel Hanford since we had booked earlier in the year but they are doing a good job. Undergoing renovation but the areas done, are lovely and up to date. Laundry facilities excellent, bathroom was great.

Wish we could have had two sinks in bathroom. No view. No soap soap or shampoo in large containers. Just three TINY bottles.
Breakfast was OK. Standard morning stuff Bed was comfortable.

For the price there is nothing about this hotel that isn’t wonderful. I will be back!
Everything was splendid! The staff was professional and excellent. The room very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Hanford is a charming little town with great dining within walking distance. The streets are safe and clean. This Comfort Inn becomes The Hanford Hotel tomorrow so don’t miss out on a lovely experience. Highly recommended.

Smoke alarm went off 4 times during the middle of the night on our second night. We have two young children, and it disrupted all our sleep which we were not happy about.!When we let the staff know the next morning they did not seem too concerned. Which we expected a better response.

The second night the smoke alarm went off about 4 times during the middle of the night. Disrupted everyone’s sleep. When we mentioned it at checkout, nobody apologized for it or anything. Basically just said we will have someone look at it. So we were not impressed with that. We got very little sleep because of it.
Clean rooms, accommodating staff. Place was quieter than we expected since it was on a busy street and close to train tracks, so that was nice. We were on the ground floor close to exit like we wanted.

There is a train that runs throughout the night and woke me up several times.

All night long the heater in the room was really noisy. Was that why there was earplugs in the room. It was warm, just noisy. A quite room would be nice.
Location was good, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, shower was newer and very clean. We left paperwork in a room and a representative called us to ask us how to get rid of it. Thank you

worst breakfast ever!!!! sausage was hard as a rock and scrambled eggs under cooked
staff great and bed was comfortable. Elevator was temporarily out of order so the guy mopping the floor carried our bags up the stairs exceptionally good service

The mattress was not the best. The bed was presented well with lots of comfy pillows, but the mattress made it hard to fall to sleep. The room was very clean and stocked with everything important to feel at home. Breakfast was also good! Thank you for a cozy environment and friendly personnel!

There was another resident, an older women on the 3rd floor, that would would prop the door open with a rock when she went to smoke and it bothered me because there was a family with kids on the first floor.
Staff was very polite and the room was comfortable. Would book another stay.

I made a mistake in my booking date and was not able to change it. My fault, but Bookings should be more lenient.
Olivia at check in was marvelous. She had to work around some computer issues, but was very pleasant and we were very happy. Breakfast was very good

The breakfast wished they would have stayed open till 10 am at least, and coffee opened all day. And just for a few dollars, more a 3pm cookie for their guests would have been amazing 👏
Loved the experience here. Our family had fun with the complimentary breakfast and the pool. Just wished the pool was about 50 percent cleaner. Using the skimmer and cleaning daily would help. We loved the iced cold water in the lobby, but they didn't have coffee all day or a bowl of snacks with fruit or a cookie.
