We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I was pleased with the quality of the jetted tub in our room. It was large, deep, and in addition, there's a sitting area built into the tub with a detachable shower head. I like being able to finish my bath with a shower without having to get out of the tub. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but it definitely could have been worse, so I'm thankful for what was available! However, the key cards to open your door are of poor quality. It's way to easy to demagnetize these cards, which I find to be a pain because I don't usually feel like going back to the main desk to get a new card each time I leave and return to my room. I have stayed at this location a few times, each time, in a different room. Something that stands out to me is the need for updating the rooms. There's a lot of damage to the walls, and all the furnishings are old, with a lot of visible wear and tear. The color scheme tends to give the room a dreary, dark feel, which doesn't appeal to me. The only reason I have returned to this hotel is because of the rooms with the jetted spa tub.

CanadaThe breakfast was no good. Not much of a selection, the scrambled eggs had no taste, the so-called hashbrowns were no good, no seating where the food items were presented. Had to go down the hallway to a separate room. By that time your breakfast items are cold. Only had a bit the first morning, then went out elsewhere. You need a proper buffet with someone actually serving and giving out the food. Please add yogurt and healthful items. The bathroom needs updating! The coffee maker in the room was not clean. Coffee grounds were caked in. Not usable. A couple of the staff members could have been a bit more friendly. It seemed they did not care whether we stayed there or not. Not suited to be dealing with the public.
Bed was very comfortable. Restful nights with no disturbing noises.

United States of AmericaParking lot was dirty, homeless encampment on the road behind the hotel leading to the horse camp. As we were packing Sunday morning I bent down to tie my shoes I noticed the end of a pen sticking out from under the air conditioning unit. When I picked it up to place on the desk I realized it wasn’t a pen, but rather a part of a box pen that was burnt and melted. A crack pipe, no doubt about it. I let the person behind the counter know it was on the desk. I tried to contact the parent company but they made it next to impossible. So here I am posting a review

PanamaThe door handle fell off when I tried to open the original room. Then, it took the owner/manager a long time to get me another room. He didn't offer to even help carry any bags due to the inconvenience of a 1 hour wait for the new room. He tried to fix it and make me wait rather than immediately get me a new room. The back parking lot had people on the street outback living in vans and it was sketchy. Breakfast was horrible.
The bed and hot tub were great. It was clean. The front desk woman was very friendly and informative. Easy to find.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was way over cooked, there was no signs on where to potty the dog, the shower was not clean, motel was very 80's dated, the grounds around the motel was not clean, over grown grass and weeds, homeless vehicles lined one side of the motel street, I was refused a room check after my stay with my dog so I could get my refund. I will never stay there again.!!!!

We thought the room we were booking would be a 7 or 8 out of 10, what we got was a three or 4 out of 10. Booking.com is worthless I could have gotten the same or better price from anywhere and you can't change crap once you do.

He couldn't keep track of the deposit money's, kept insisting I was on some list that says you can't stay there... (I've never stayed with them before), he always had his little friends at the front counter with him while he was supposed to be working, he should look into a different line of work. The owner couldn't seem to be bothered about my missing deposit... the little boy and the owner both gave us rules at the last minute, and I just felt ROBBED when I checked out. As I said above, the girl working behind the counter with the glasses is the only asset that the hotel has... I hope she gets a better job than this. What a waste of a great customer service individual. Thank you to her for everything!!!

United States of AmericaLike most of the motels in Bellingham, cleanliness in the rooms is rather lacking. Both rooms that I have stayed in, you could tell it was rushed. The room could also use some TLC, some water damage in the bathroom, dirty syringe caps in the A/C unit, smelled like someone smoked cigarettes heavily in the room.
The front desk employees both the manager, clerk, and owner were exceptionally helpful, and attentive when Bookings.com failed to give the hotel my payment that had been paid in full per their site, an hour earlier. The front desk crew where impeccably amazing.
