Office Staff had NO People SKILLS Simple Greeting, Welcome, Enjoy your stay. I didn't feel welcomed.

The room was not clean the tub shower did not work properly. The TV and cable box did not work all weekend. The AC did not work properly. The AC cover was falling off of the AC. There were roaches in the bathroom all weekend long. There was not enough parking space for customers to park at the property. The Staff had the office closed and locked the entire time. The Staff were not client accessible or friendly. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed at especially for the amount I was charged to stay there. Never Again. Would not recommend this property to no one.

I had to fix the Direct TV console (decoder card was in backwards) ... remote didn't change channels, had to use console touchpads I had to ask for a bath cloth and cup for the coffeemaker After maybe 5 minutes of showering the bathroom light went into a strobe mode;, which was a bit scary, and cheap The Priceline description said no parking and 3 pm check-in ... there is parking and i checked in at 2 pm

Tv was not working fridges was not working we mentioned it to management they said someone would go out to fix they didnt fix. Large roaches at check out spoke to management about a discount since we didnt have all the amenities mentioned the man said nothing he can do for us and thats it.

We didn't like that the TV was broken on 1 side so you couldn't see the full screen, the ac was leaking and had some brown stuff growing out the bottom corner of it. There was only 2 bath towels no wash cloth or hand towels, the smoke detector was just hanging there and on the couch there was only 1 cushion.

We like that the ac worked great and it also had a little kitchen.

I checked in very late at night and the lobby was locked. There was a pass through window with a doorbell that I rang several times with no response so I called the phone number from my confirmation email. (I could hear the phone ringing from outside, lol.) Eventually a guy walked out to answer the phone and I hung up to ring the doorbell again saying, "That's me on the phone!" But he kept trying to answer it, lol. Finally he got me checked in and I realized that the office was probably where he lived and I felt a little bad about checking in so late. The room was a little old and worn out and it had that weird bleachy smell kinda like the county jail or a middle school locker room.

The room was much larger than expected. It had nearly a full kitchen with induction burners, a couch and an office area. It was basically a 1 bedroom apartment.

Asked about breakfast time, no breakfast served as stated on booking.com. Was not able to drink water or make coffee for 2 days Due to boiling water.

It was a place close to Hospital. It was close to multiple restaurants and Grocery Store.

However, there are two things that you need to be aware of. 1. It "does not" supply breakfast due to the COVID-19 issue (November 2022), which is not the same claim as it shows on Booking.com. It should be corrected. 2. The facilities (air conditioning and toilet) are old that have big noisy.

The space is large, and even with its own kitchen. That's amazing.

There was no wifi. There was people out on the balcony at bed time aggressively arguing at as if it was going to be a serious fight. I thought guns might be pulled. I felt it was an unsafe situation so I elected to not stay at the hotel my second night.

I felt tricked because when I made the reservation, it said that breakfast was included, but they didn't serve any breakfast at all, using the Covid-19 pandemic as an excuse. Well, I guess they had more than enough time either to figure out a solution to serve breakfast to guests with all the safety measures or to warn Booking.com that they weren't serving breakfast anymore. In sum, the hotel is expensive for the services it provides.

The bedroom was very spacious and clean, and the staff was polite.

Didn't like, theirs a big hole on bottom of the door and hair dryer you can barely feel the air blower and window curtain is not in a good shape and no free breakfast and not enough pillows!

Got enough bath towels & glad to see shower mat and big kitchen and need Do Not Disturb sign!
