We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was wrong there was no WiFi and the pool wasn’t working. I was woken up at 7am with loud noises from men working right outside my room.

I payed 107 dollars - I feel like a definitely over payed, bathroom was dirty and floor where dirty. pictures of room was not accurate. but in can say that the front desk clerk was amazing her name was Sage and she was so nice and professional that I did not have the heart to complain.

The bathroom was very very dirty. i didn’t even shower, because of the condition of it. for the price for the night i wouldnt expect much. next door rooms were very loud and obnoxious and smoking weed from the balcony. you could smell it coming in our room.
The hotel manager was super sweet, even after all of the pre hurricane mess. she was patient and was very kind.

I didn't like the roaches in my room or how dirty it was. I had to clean it myself before getting comfortable. The fixtures are old, and the handle on the tub broke, so we could not get a shower on our last day. No one was in the office all day until around 4:30 p.m. when I was trying to check out. I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to get charged for it because the fixture is just old.
The price is decent for what it was and the room was big.

Th pool wasn’t available and the whole reason I got the booking was for the pool. There was nothing mentioned on the website it was going to be unavailable.

The room deposit , cause before I checked in he said it will. Be refunded soon as I check , but when checked was told 24 hrs to 72hrs , that’s only sad thing about it

Room Cleanliness. Room Lighting was very poor. No place to hang clothes. Floor was filthy- my socks turned black. No desk, just a table with uncomfortable chairs. Very uncomfortable stay. It was definitely not "Stayable"

Manager door was locked when we arrived and other people were waiting to check in too. Check in process was long and also required an added $50 security deposit! Room had no coffee maker,no cups,no phone,no table or chair just 2 beds and fridge microwave and TV. Bathroom was dirty, dead bug on floor.bathtub drain rusty.
It was a place to stay off the road during hurricane when everything g else was booked.

First the rooms had roaches and we had to buy cleaning supplies and something to control the roaches , second people there are not very considerate of others, third the pool wasn't functional at all, and last but not least it was trashy and not very well maintained

They need to paint the exterior flooring.It looks rough.I asked 6 days in advance to credit my card because the house closed that my family was moving into.I reached out to booking to change my reservation on Friday the 12th.We didn't move into the room until Sunday the 14th.They stated they had already paid the hotel.In the app it says that I can change my reservations,my card can be edited,free cancellations.I had to pay higher rate for the last 3 days.I rented it for 17 days in the beginning.I ended up only needing it for 9 days.I tried to change the reservations and NEITHER Stayable Suites or Booking would CREDIT MY CARD FOR THE UNUSED DAYS!! I paid for an empty room.The hospitality industry has NEVER done this to me in Florida!I am Florida born and lived here my whole life.My family is saddened by the fact nobody even cared that I lost $525.00 for NOTHING in return!!! I am not a wealthy enough person to throw money away.I have booked rooms with other sites and had absolutely no problems!!

The place was chaotic, the room had roaches in it and the whole place was honestly just gross

It was not safe. People fighting. Drugs being sold and used in every hallway. Convicted felons with drugs. Pedophiles watching my kids. Loaded guns in rooms with more felons. Staff making personal hookups with married guests. Staff using drugs.

They walk around looking for anything to kick people out. There are drugs everywhere. One neighbor keeps loaded guns. Convicted felons hanging around. Homeless people in the hallway using the laundry. I don’t feel safe at all.

Everything the wife sucks.. the fact that you have to pay $25 for house keeping to come clean your room if your not stay over a week… I hate the fact they took away breakfast… I went without a tv for 3days cause it gave out

The management is very uptight. They’re walking around looking for things to complain about. They have been unreasonable with several guests. For the cost here I think they expect too much
