Ya get what you pay for. Cheap price for a cheap room. A/C did not work well, whole building and room needed updated, you deal with a kiosk at lobby, there is a live person but they don't do anything, had to put$100 cash into kiosk for security deposit, didn't want to give a credit card, we booked with booking.com so they didn't have my info, it wad all paid for ahead, then go back to kiosk in am and go thru all the crap to get my $100 back, I like cheaper rooms but I think I will scratch this hotel off my list

We did not like that the hotel door did not seal properly inside the door frame.

Lock on room was messed up. The couch was dirty. Found black mold in the bathroom on our last night. Our"dune view" was mostly a wall.

Had an ocean front room, but couldn’t see the ocean or beach from second floor. Needed to be up higher!

The closure on the door was messed up. The safety lock was messed up, but it would lock. The a/c-heating unit did not have a top on it. The room had a terrible smell when we checked in, but finally went away. We met a couple of guys going to the beach that had that same smell and we figured out what we were smelling - lol. The shower took forever to drain. All in all, it was okay because we weren't in the room that much. The bed was clean and comfortable. This facility as a whole needs a little update.

Seems like they need security. Some dude came running past me saying they were being shot at by someone with a pellet gun. Not sure why hotel didn’t call cops. Door lock to my room was basically broken. I would not let my children or anyone I really care about stay here.

See above about the heater and me having to move all my belongings back into my car and moving to another room because of the malfunction of the heater. Major inconvenience to me.

The "rooms" were clean, but in the first room the heater did not work properly. The room was not cold, but the heater did not blow heat into the room. Only the fan would run. The room was chilly. I told the front desk twice about the problem, but no repairman came. They transferred me to another room

phone in room did not work..they knew about it b4 I told them...no kcups for the coffee maker..(had been out for two weeks), very limited TV channels, room next to ours man was loud and rude and had a dog. Bed was not very comfortable.

No complaints - Don’t think the outside sign on building was lit- unsure though. I did miss my turn on night when returning, so 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️😊 But did enjoy the visit!!

Easy access to beach- Have used for sev years, so it’s like home/ LOVE THE WAFFLES FOR BREAKFAST 😊😊

Not clean in certain spot's. Dogs barking at times . Sand and water on balcony, and sand on floor in room (cracks around window). No personal contact with receptionist, check in.Good

The was no shower curtain, had to ask for one. The air conditioner broke day the second day,but was fixed later in day. The pathway to beach was blocked by sand which was over hand rail.

I only saw decaf coffee one morning. Wasn't any flavor of yogurts I liked in the refrigerator. That could have been better stocked.

A good variety of hot and cold choices of breakfast foods. The eating area was tastefully decorated and clean.

Breakfast we did not like.

In breakfast, there were no Bread at all only waffle, serials, milk and juice. Due to humid ,Room was initially very sticky and bathroom door making noice and hard to close. Access to beach is very close by and easy access

Didn't like the check in without an actual person. It caused the wrong card to be charged. It got straightened out but cost me 5 days before I had access to $1,000 I had aside for activities because of this error. If errors like this occur because of communication errors between you and an iPad screen, well they you shop need to make the refund in cash so they have immediate access to their funds the companies policies had caused to be mistakenly charged

The room felt muggy and I wish there had been better circulation. The AC worked great though!

The staff were very nice and the bed was really comfy! The pool area was very nice and kept clean!

The hotel is very old and it is very noticeable. The bathroom was in need of a upgrade, it had the shortest toilet and sink!

We had an ocean view and the view was great.
