The hotel across the street is run by the same owner, and there were several people in the lobby checking into this hotel because the one next to it is gross. Someone showed me pictures of their room and it looked horrible, so they were checking into this one instead.

Similar to many other Comfort Inns, clean and basic. Good enough for a few nights, simple and no frills hotel room. It had a clean bathroom but the facilities themselves were a bit outdated compared to other hotel chains.

Room we were in was adjacent to the elevator. Elevator was very loud and it was hard to sleep. No other rooms available

Breakfast at 9:15am was not nice, batter for waffles was runny, not made to recipe. Syrup container was stopped up, OJ was out

There was no place to put the large towels in the bathroom. The bathroom was huge, but the large towels were folded and placed in the sink area.

The breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was good for us. Our son lives in Seymour, CT.

The back door to the second floor was propped open most of the time we were there. It seems this was due to the guests who were smoking outside. The biggest issue as far as we are concerned is safety. There was a prominent sign by the management asking that the door be kept closed. Didn't happen and, although I'm sure the staff is busy, this compromise in safety could be a bigger concern.

The room was clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast good.

The bathroom light kept flickering on and off and the bathroom got too steamed up after a shower. There was a ceiling fan of some sort, but I couldn't find a switch to turn it on. De cor is a little dated...but overall in good shape..

It was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and congenital . I would stay there again...

Cable TV did stations we wanted to watch, Could not get on WiFi. No Microwave in room.

It was a remodeled room, so an older hotel - the heater/ AC unit had an odd smell/with the heater when we turned on the unit. The refrigerator didn’t not have temp control to keep frozen items cold.

Clean, slept well, very comfortable beds, location was a great area we felt safe -which to use was a 4 start!! Thank you!

The idea of breakfast on site was part of what appealed to me. One of the young ladies working breakfast seemed to get upset when I asked her for more plates and if there was more hot food coming out. She didn't say anything, but seemed to huff at my request and sounded as if she slammed things around in the pantry. Things got done, but she didn't seem happy about it. On the second night there the facility ran out of the little packets of creamer for coffee. It didn't seem to come in on the normal supply truck. I thought the manager should have sent an employee, or even gone herself to the Walmart a few blocks away and purchased some. The house keeping staff, especially on the weekend, should probably use a checklist. Saturday, Sunday and Monday night I had to go down to the front desk and get clean towels and or washcloths that had not been replaced. I had stayed there about 6 years ago, and the place was looking a little run down this time. The room was ok, but the halls could use a little refresh.

The idea of breakfast on site was part of what appealed to me. I love that this is a non-smoking facility The facility being in Naugatuck as compared to Waterbury, made it closer to my family.
