Both beds had cigarette burns on the duvet - while everything felt clean, it wasn't hard notice this the moment you sat on the bed. May as well replace them just to feel a bit more reassuring on overall care of the bed sheets and cleanliness of the space. Overall felt preferred to have some indoor shoes or slippers.

Location was great, the price was fair. The size of the room for two beds was more than enough. Windows were big with good light (privacy curtains as well). Staff was nice. Bathroom felt clean overall.

Room needs a microwave - really was expecting to have a microwave in our room and were disappointed we had no way to heat up our food. TV kept dimming after watching for more than 5 minutes. They did not tell us we had to pay for parking until we arrived.

Had a bed and a mini fridge to keep the food we couldn't eat cold at least.

The smell of cigarettes outside was strong, as was the weed smell when we walked into the room. The room is outdated, and things looked clean, but they were sticky. One of the lamps was so old it was rusted and dirty. It's very dark and dungeon like.

The only reason we stayed was for a concert. Unfortunately, the concert was canceled the morning of our arrival day, and we were stuck with this room due to being past the cancelation with the refund option. I didn't expect much, but it suited a purpose. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean. Got a good giggle out of a picture that was hung upside down. The nice receptionist let me park for free. Otherwise, it's 10.00 a day. If you're looking for cheap and a great walking location near Moda and Veterans Coliseum, this is a safe option.

Advertised breakfast, but lobby was locked with a sign to leave key cards in night drop window. No staff present for check out. Room did not look like pictures online.

the property did need a face lift, just a few dings & scratches. nothing terribly wrong though! it is right next to a busy roadway, so if you’re a light sleeper it’s something to consider!

We loved how close it was to Moda Center, just a quick 6 ish minute walk! it was a dinky little hotel but it was cute for what it was worth. the lady that checked us in was very kind!

The TV reception was a major issue, the bedding had stains & holes (but was clean), a lamp didn't work (it was rather dark in there) & the place really needs some upkeep & repairs. Stains on the carpet & a broken glass picture frame.

The bed was VERY comfortable & it was pretty quiet. It was also close to where I needed to be.

We were wanting a continental breakfast which they offered but it just ended up being choice of orange juice, coffee, and store bought pastries that seemed stale.

The location was perfect. We went to Kumoricon at the convention center.

It's a pretty busy area in the mornings so it wasn't easy to sleep in, but that was expected. The bed was definitely not the most comfortable, also expected. The small shampoo bottle in the shower had previously been used, not replaced. Really not that big of a deal.

Extremely convenient location. Less than a 5-minute walk to MODA. Very inexpensive, you get what you pay for.

The staff at the check-in is very friendly. The room we had was very large, which is a very big plus. On the surface, everything was clean. If you looked closer you could find flaws. The room had a working air conditioner.
