Finding the place was next to impossible. It was dark and raining and there were NO signs on Scottsdale Rd. I called ESA and spoke to someone who hardly spoke English, at least that I could understand). He couldn't really help me so gave me the # of the actual hotel. No one answered and it just looped me back to the main ESA # where I talked to another almost non English speaker who transferred me to the hotel and it looped me back again. Finally we just tried to find it. Had to drive thru a shopping center and hope to find it. When we finally found it, we couldn't find the lobby as there were no signs. Only 1 person was working the entire hotel. She was very nice and really tried to help but she was overloaded with guests signing in, guests complaining about something, and just trying to do her job. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I was in room 303 and it was alot of small bugs outside my door and the bugs was coming in under the door I was very annoyed they were through out the on the floor and crawling on the bed where me and my kids slept

The room design was cramped especially the bathroom but it was manageable.. The overhead light by the door was barely working and the tub was clogged with hair causing it to drain slow. The air unit was a little clunky and noisy but it did acclimate the room temp fine..

The location was excellent for me, also the parking was very convenient.. Bed and pillows were fine and comfortable. fridge worked great and the chair that was also in the room was suitable.. The room was clean. would most likely stay again .

We weren't necessarily thrilled about the lighting choices for the room that we were in, nor the floor as it seemed that there was stuff sticking to our feet. The proximity of the bathroom door to the toilet was also a little close making it a tight fit to navigate.

The rate was easily the best part, as a single mother, its not easy to afford hotel stays. We were in town for a 7v7 football tournament and didn't want to have to drive back home to Tucson. I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchenette. It was nice to have the full sized refrigerator to put out water, which I ended up forgetting. The breakfast set up in the front office was also a nice gesture even though we didn't take advantage and I was glad that it was a quiet night.

The breakfast was a joke. A cup of coffee and a granola bar does not constitute a provided breakfast. This business, as well as others, are still using the COVID-19 excuse for not providing services that were promised or advertised. Saying COVID-19 is the reason is, most of the time, a lie. These businesses that "hide" behind COVID-19 are, in truth, using this excuse to reduce labor and other expenses. Thus, increasing their bottom line proffit.

Some of the front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. The room was very small for an extended stay facility. The cable kept going in and out. We called about it and were told someone would come look at it, but they never did. The entry way into the room was very dirty. Our room was by trash cans that were overflowing for the three days we were there.

The location was very good. It was very easy to get to all of our destinations.

The lobby was terrible - very small with barely enough standing room. It was nothing like the other Extended America I stayed at in Glendale. This was in Scottsdale which is mostly more affluent so this place was a shock! Also I could not get the shower to turn on. I called the office and they were supposed to send someone who finally showed up 10 minutes before checkout time today. I had taken a shower the morning of the day I arrived so I didn’t learn about it till this morning. When she didn’t come I washed my hair in the sink and used a wet wash cloth to do the best I could as I was checking out and going to the BMW shop where I’d left my car for a recall repair. Then travel home to Yuma! The clock stopped working. The coke machine wouldn’t take my credit card - the snack one did. This place I would not recommend to anyone!

Not a whole lot. Some of the staff were ver nice. One woman when I called to ask a question about my reservation talked so fast and had a some foreign language and not a good grasp of English - she was rude too! I think she worked on some call group for this company.
