The lights are bright and glaring and we didn’t use them. We used the bathroom light instead. The bathroom door track is unlevel and would not stay open and I had to put a folded piece of paper on the track to keep it open. The beds are very high up and the mattress was very confining and it was hard for my handicapped partner to get in and out of the bed and to get comfortable.

Mattress was thin with springs close to the surface, so it was lumpy and uneven. A full-length mirror would have been nice and a place to hang long dresses and coats.

For some reason, the area was incredibly noisy. There was people pacing in the parking lot all night and you can hear them. So it didn't really feel that safe and it was too noisy to be comfortable. Front desk girl had her friends there and she wasn't that friendly.

The parking lot area has people congregating in it for most of our stay, which was a bit disconcerting. The plumbing was slow draining in sink- we had to put a bar of soap under the sink stopper to give better flow. They have a pool, but not functional when we were there, and they do not offer common things like hair dryers, even at the front desk.

I been staying here since last year after they remodel the hotel never had and issue until this stay. First room they gave us beds were made but floor was dirty u can tell they didn't bother cleaning the floors. We asked to be moved to another room and the room had a big whole on the roof of the restroom. we notified the guy at the front and he seemed to not know what we were talking about.

The roaches and the manager was rude falsely accused me not once but twice never apologized I let the property know when something was wrong and the manager said that was complaining not when your toilet sprays water on me and a/c flooding the room etc ...

No coffee maker in the room, Beds sucked, no shampoo in the showers and had to wait to check in and we got there 5 hours later then check-in. Plus you can't get your deposit until 10AM or later

It was a bit loud and there were a lot of people coming and going but I believe thats because we were next to the staircase that was just to the left of our room.

All the rooms appeared to have been recently renovated and everything was clean.

The place was not clean, I found hair in the shower, stains on "clean" towels, a previous guest's wet shirt in the bathroom, and I swear I killed four roaches in my one-night stay. There was one employee at the front, I could tell she was new, and there was no manager in sight.

Whoever was in charge of decor, pat yourself on the back, looks great. There was one employee and she was doing her best with P.O guests.
