Attendance is poor (there was a condom on the parking lot just by my car), the staff was not nice nor attemptive, the place is old and raggedy. The price does not justify the quality.

Room wasn't stocked with cooking stuff. Wasn't informed that it had to be requested until I checked out. Could tell the bathroom was being worked in on. Not hot water in shower only Luke warm. Uncooked rice on floor around fridge.

Room had been cleaned somehow, but stains everywhere, filthy, sticky floor (someone spilled coke?)- it just did not feel comfortable. Beds were o.k., room offers enough space for three people and it was o.k. for one night, but we would not stay longer. The kitchen has no equipment at all, we could not even make some tea. We checked in after 11 pm., it was after midnight when we realised the lack of any pots or glases in a very good, modern kitchen. As we only stayed for one night we did not asked for any kettle and cups or plates. You have to asked at the reception as I learned. In the freezer we found the food of some other guys with "keep your fingers off" sign. Almost funny. We kept our fingers off.....

Friendly service, free parking right in front of the door, Check-Inn after 11p.m.was easy and fast Free coffee at the reception in the morning saved our day!

Dirty. Front desk looked liked it hadn’t been wiped down for a few days. Shower was leaking, took a few times to get the water to stop running.

The room was very dirty, hair in the shower, dirty floors throughout the room, fridge was dirty with a smell, kitchen counters were dirty, the bed sheets has hairs. We requested a change of sheets or another room but we’re told by the guy at the reception that they were are booked.

The receptionist that helped us was very nice.

There is no breakfast, just muffins. There were no kitchen stuffs like silverwear, plates or pan available when we arrived.

The first room had plumbing and cleanliness issues. The room had a musty/moldy smell, the AC panel flap was missing so the bright red light of the display panel was disrupting to sleep, the bathroom mirror hadn't been wiped down, the toilet only flushed about half the time, and the bathtub drain was clogged and extremely slow to drain (14 minutes!). The second room was great, however: clean, AC flap panel present, and plumbing worked fine!

The staff (lovely Amany and kind Pedro) were very helpful and accommodating when the first room had problems and I needed to change rooms. I also appreciate the location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to all types of stores and restaurants, as well as conveniently located to the freeway, and an easy 10 minute drive to relatives' home.

The property wasn’t secured. Anyone can just easily go around the building and no one is on the front desk most of the time.

The room had a bad smell we tried airing the room out but that didn't work. The beds were uncomfortable, not soft at all. The bathroom had hair on the floor and stains in the tub. I had to clean it before we used it. The fridge and the sink were dirty. The entrance of the hotel smelled bad and the staff were not very friendly.

The two things that were ok with our stay here were; the size of the room was good. The location was nice and easy to find.

It was a little dirty. The lobby had animal urine on the floor and it felt very grimy throughout the hotel. The walls are also super thin. The other hotel guests were very loud with music even though I called the front desk to remind them to keep it down.

The location and the price were really good.

Even though I had a reservation I was not guaranteed a room. I called for a late check in and was told my room might not be available when I get there. The bed was hard and the bathtub faucet leaked all night (was very loud). Also my key stopped working early Christmas morning and no one was available at the front desk to assist me.

The property is kept nice and in a nice area.
