There were no hangers in the room. The vending machines were broken. The parking lot was pretty snow covered. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Since this is an Extended Stay Hotel, there should have been a lot more amenities such as: hangars for your clothes, ice machine, water fountain, and dishes to use in the kitchenette. Also, blankets . Why consider this an extended stay facility when there are many things missing? We could've done better in a regular hotel, at least there are ice machines, water fountain, hangars for your clothes, and extra blankets. There should be dishes as well as pots and pans to cook, although there is a refrigerator but no stove to actually cook. Also, no hair dryer, but this is supposed to be an Extended Stay Hotel????????

The TV and remote didn't work. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. They gave us the TINIEST shampoo bottom that they could. For 2 people, really? There was no coffee maker in the room/ you had to ASK for one. The countertops need updating it was peeling, one or two of the lamps had blown lightbulbs.

It was close to the area I needed to be at. That's all.

Missing room bulbs, drawers that won't stay closed, no cups in the bathroom, missing hair dryer, really poor breakfast, no ice.

Only one entrance/exit. Not from around here. But was this high crime area? There wasn’t anything in the room. No towels, hair dryer, toilet paper. Old cupboards. mold starting in the shower.

Air conditioning was quiet, add power of the flush on the toilet. When we entered our room, the doorhandle was laying on the floor, but maintenance came right up and reattached it .

Room was not clean (cobwebs on the ceiling, floors were dirty and dusty, surfaces had a layer of dust of them).

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Not terribly clean or well appointed, didn't receive twp beds, instead got a bed and a pull out couch which we had to make up ourselves. Fridge and oven were old. Door hard to open.

Wooden floor parts of the floor was very dirty and even sticky. Cooling system made annoying noise like drilling while it is on.

Bathroom is kind of gross, under beds were super dirty. Walls were thick, was the only good thing. A lot of weirdos in the building, drunk people walking around, noise late at night. Kind of unsafe. Doors propped open in the middle of the night. Dont bring your family.

It was a bit tough to enjoy it due to power outage about 6 hours after we checked in. Power was out the rest of the time we were there, & front desk was empty most of that time. Being older with injuries & health issues made climbing stairs up & down to 2nd floor difficult. Fortunately a long term occuptant assisted us in getting things down to 1st floor.

The hotel & rooms are well laid out & comfortable. The facilities were good.

The room wasn't clean properly when I checked in, the dress was broke n the bathroom door handle.

The first room had a broken bathroom door handle so we were moved to another room. The second room had bugs and we were promised a discount on the rooms but we have not received the discount from the hotel or Booking.com.

The room had a terrible smell and we had to go out to buy some sort of air freshener to even stay in the room. The lamp was missing a light bulb, the hairdryer was missing, and no washcloths.
