Room did not have water pressure and the bathroom was very small and didn't have anyplace to hang your towels to dry. Coffee maker sucked. Price compared to others we stayed at was alot higher and not as nice.

We arrived at around 1am in the morning 6/28, and the door was locked and the desk attendant was laying on the couch in the lobby. That had me feeling like this was going to be a nasty hotel .. that was a turn off .... but when I went to my hotel rooms, they were neat and tidy which I did not expect. But I give a thumbs up. They need to just make the outside more pleasurable and tell.the hotel attendant not to be laying on the couch and leave the door unlocked.

Loved the pool area, has a place for little kiddos and something for the older kiddos. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Love that it was centrally located to a lot of activities and restaurants!

There’s only 1 elevator lol Our AC unit was messed up. But it still worked just wouldn’t constantly stay on. It would cut off and come back on and we wanted it to run the entire time until we turned it off

There was only one elevator that was on the other end of the building, and we were on the 3rd floor, so we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. But it wasn't really a lot of stairs, so we managed it. There wasn't a whole lot of drawer/cabinet space but we made that work also. All in all it's a very decent place.

It was very clean and in a good location, about halfway of Pigeon Forge. The breakfast had good choices, but if you want the main breakfast you have to get there early as it gets eaten by 9. (6am-10am) The king room was very large, with a large bathroom and shower. For the money we spent (In March) it was WELL worth it.

Outside noise

The room was clean and met our needs The staff was friendly and helpful especially Damon who checked us in. There was a problem with booking.com sending full payment to hotel even though my credit card had been billed for the full amount. Damon was on the phone for about 30 minutes with the agent from booking.com to rectify the issue

It would be helpful if the continental breakfast had some dairy free options. We were in the room when housekeeping came by (around 10am) on day two. They gave us towels and toilet paper but never returned to empty the trash or make the beds.

The rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Close to Dollywood, and it's easy to get in and out of.
