The bathroom door opened all the way, and blocked the room exit. Would be good to fix it. The iron was finicky - didn’t steam until a bit too late, after ironing. There was a note to use the bath mat in the shower, but hard to see where it was - would be good to make it more prominent for safety.

We liked the comfortable beds and choice of pillows. The rooms were clean and quiet. The shower mat in the shower.

Carpet on floors, should be laminate; mattress and pillows not good. Breakfast needs a lot of help. The butter is t bitter, the bagels and English muffins are terrible. Only thing good is making your own waffle.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was mostly okay, except for the bottom sides of the toilet which looked like they hadn't been touched. Not a deal breaker.

Helen at the front desk was super friendly and all other staff was as well. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great location and clean lobby. Fair price.

We were not able to access WiFi for my online business while visiting. Front desk on all 3 shifts said they change the passwords so much there's not much they could do to help us. Never could get any devices logged in with any of the passwords provided, they weren't much help. House keeper was very friendly, and positive. Lady at check in was very short, and rude in the beggining. Didn't really care to try to communicate with anyone after that. Overall happy. Could use better customer service, and amenitines. Gym and pool are both super small.

The room was clean, could use an update for the price.

Our refrigerator froze everything inside, we even had a soda can explode inside and had to clean it up. I notified the desk clerk on checkout.

I recently stayed and had a great experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay — from a cozy bed and blackout curtains to reliable Wi-Fi and a spacious bathroom. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which exceeded our expectations. I especially appreciated the variety of breakfast options and plenty of places to sit and enjoy.

Unfortunately we had someone next door that played loud music during the night. The bathroom and tub were smaller than what we are used to.

The breakfast had plenty of variety. The location for us was perfect. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Plenty of amenities.

Shortly afer I arrived, it seems that there was an incident in a room across from mine. Some people were frantically tryin to get the occupant of that room to open the door. A cop showed up and would not tell me what was happening. Fortunately the receptionist told me that there was nothing I should worry about.

There was a leak under the sink, and one of the floor tiles had come loose due to the water leak.

Our air unit only worked about half the time, which was the biggest issue. Although being close to the parking lot was convenient, we were right next to the exterior door, which slammed every time someone came in or out through the night. It would be good if this was a soft closing door. Also, the exterior light shown directly on our window, and although we had darkening shades, it did not prevent it from looking like it was daylight through the night.

Convenience to the downtown area was perfect, as well as, we were able to park and walk right into our hallway and room. The facilities were clean and the bed was comfortable. Everyone was very kind, which is always a plus.

Price changed to lower fee after booked for 7 days so paid a lot more than others and more than price motel emailed me of $149 a night. A refund would have been nice but manager never got back to me after I asked if price could be reduced given email and senior. Microwave turntable didn't work. We relied on microwave to save food costs so that was disappointing and an added cost for week's stay having to eat out more than expected.

Breakfast was good but same food all week. Different fruit or cereal would be nice. However, overall it was good. Housekeepers were great and room was always clean. Cleaner than other motels we've stayed and as clean as higher priced ones.
