Many guests are extended contractors to work in Boston from other places. They wake up too early and makes much noises. Toilet clogged too often which we had to clear it by ourselves.

Hallways and entire building could have been cleaner. It smelled very musty and there were ants inside the bathroom.

The smell of cigarettes in all carpets is awful. It didn't smell in the room, but throughout the hotel.

My refrigerator didn’t work my food went bad, the neighbors were loud I could not rest. There weren’t enough towels I had to go to the front desk for some. The air quality was bad, I left there with stuffy nose. The room and halls smelled bad of marijuana. The tv keep shutting on and off due to bad Cable connection. Terrible wish I got my money back.

The smell of marijuana throughout the facility. The loitering (smoking marijuana) along the wooden rail in front next to my parked vehicle. The noise from other rooms in the middle of the night.

Room is excellent, although had a musky smell. Staff was great! Vending and facilities good as well. Early breakfast good but would like some other menu items/options.

* On Saturday morning they have been doing facade renovations right in front of our window staring 7AM. It was very loud as workers who were on window level were talking with people on the ground, as well as equipment noise line screeching when moving the ladder. Lucky for us we had the privacy blinds fully down... * The room was in a pretty bad shape - mirror was very dirty, carpet has burn holes in it, bedside lights on one side were not working. Update: * Posing this a week after my stay - I got monthly statement that has an extra charge for the stay, that I already payed using booking.com; the property asked to leave a card on file for accidental damages and I stupidly agreed to do this. Calling them about the problem yielded no results, they claim to not receive any payments from booking.com and thus charged my card instead - and now I have to spend hours calling my property/bank/booking trying to resolve the satiation! Do not make my mistake, pay only with booking and NEVER leave your credit card info with the property. * Posting this 3 weeks after the say - after multiple calls I was able to get to a reasonable person and they fixed everything. If you end up in a situation like this - your best bet is to keep calling Extended Stay America every day until you find someone who actually knows their way around the system.

Rooms I think should be more closely inspected. I was in room 127 I think and the stench was horrific!! It was coming from the AC unit. Stench was like moldy/mildew and I have allergies and asked for another room (331) much better!!! It had a newer AC unit in the room as well. I think if the hotel would do some upkeeping to the rooms and hallways, elevators etc...like renovated the rooms with new carpets, AC, etc... hotel could easily be 4 star especially with the staff they have.

The cleanliness was just at acceptable. The amenities were bad. There was no conditioner or lotion. Despite there being an area to cook, there were no basic spices, not even salt and pepper. The busses in the area are confusing on google maps.

I liked the privacy, the size of the bed (the comfort of it was fine) and the cooking area was awesome. I was able to walk to the mall once I figured out the sidewalks. There was a natural reserve nearby which I wanted to check out but ran out of time for.
